Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I've been coming to this store since they opened. Stopped going when they changed managers, figured I'd try it again. They suddenly have a new policy that you can't sit in the dining room for longer than 30 minutes, which no other store has (trust me i have asked many stores and they don't have this policy). I asked for the policy, and she wouldn't show it. She threatened to call the police, I asked for what, and she said it again. She still wouldn't show the policy. While I walking out, I said throw away your own trash, she then followed me out to my car and put the trash on my roof. Not knowing how crazy she is I floored it in reverse and let the stuff hit the pavement. Oh and the other girl called me homeless. The manager had left 15 minutes beforehand and said nothing to me. So if it was policy, why didn't management do it? I will never step foot in the store again and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs. With exception of Diana, Jessie and Chris, they need to restaff the entire store. Put people there that actually care about...

I have now had TWO online orders totally messed up at this location. One was in the past few days a medium iced black coffee....stood there in the store waiting for black iced coffee to be poured over ice.

Then the young woman with glasses training the middle aged woman taught her to make a frozen coffee WRONG WRONG WRONG with HALF the caramel (we ordered double which would be 4 for a small) DOUBLE the size dispenser of cream, Cream C Small....but pressed TWICE and then she didn't even put in the coffee syrup.

Just blended it. Then when I asked them to reblend it WITH COFFEE syrup....they dumped the whole coffee with double the cream AND whip cream in it. Didn't even swipe the whip cream off into the trash before blending it with coffee.

Please stop just doing it however you want. It's a high calorie disgusting mess instead of a blended treat.

My friend was told today that the white chocolate hazelnut frozen only comes as hot or iced and that's just wild....because it's a syrup that goes in the frozen coffees as well.

everytime i go to this dunkin’ with THE exact coffee order. it gets made wrong every single time, and ive went through so many times at this point it’s sad. went through yesterday and the dumpster was overfilled and wide open. i had my fiancé go through this morning for the same coffee and a bagel. made my coffee wrong again, but what did we expect honestly. he ordered two drinks only got one so they made him the other one for free 👍 good job lol. had two bagels with EXTRA cream cheese even says it on the bag and i got the smallest amount of cream cheese (in my opinion) but if someone asks for extra cream cheese don’t you think they would expect more??? not a dry a** bagel with barely any cream cheese. this is just ridiculous, this team needs to discuss amongst themselves what needs to be improved because this store is just slow and lacks common sense. they get your order wrong every time and makes you wait a ridiculous amount of time....
