Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I've been going to this Dunkin for many years and never had a problem. Went on 12/08/23 and went through the drive through. Ordered food and coffee everything was fine until I got to the window. I had ordered 50 munchkin Donut's which I told the girl to make them assorted. Well after she gave me the coffee I saw her with a 25 box of munchkin. So I figured maybe they put all 50 in it. Nope, when I opened there was maybe 25 and 90% were chocolate and like one jelly one glazed and one other. So I tell her that I will ordered 50 assorted. Well that's when the really bad attitude came out. I asked her nicely for the other 25 assorted, she kept acting like it was such problem. Idk maybe she couldn't count that high or something. She's hands the next box which I assume is 25 I'm not going to count that's her job. Anyway I ask if they are assorted like I asked and she said yes here. So I asked what her problem was and she says she's been there all night and doesn't want to deal with it. I work 16 or so hours a day and I don't treat my customers anyway but properly no matter how long I've been working that day or how tired or whatever. Treat all people with respect. If she doesn't like her job she needs to go do something else and let someone that would appreciate working do it. She was really young but definitely needs an attitude adjustment. Anyway if I pay for something don't trying to pawn off less and then get an attitude when asked to correct it. With kind of attitude nobody is going to want her working anywhere. Other then the rude girl everything...

This Dunkin' is absolutely horrible, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. First of all, the older staff make it their mission to harass and bully the younger employees. It's heartbreaking to see young people, who are trying to do something positive by working instead of being out on the streets, being treated so terribly. They’re belittled and disrespected on a daily basis, and it’s disgusting behavior. Second, the manager is completely incompetent. The store is overstaffed with a ridiculous number of employees, yet the operation is still chaotic. It’s obvious there’s no leadership or organization. On top of that, she forces the staff to listen to Christian music all day. While I respect people’s beliefs, this feels entirely inappropriate for a workplace that serves the public. And during Halloween? Not a single decoration. It’s like she doesn’t care about the staff or creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. The worst part? She makes her employees work outside even in the rain! It's appalling to see such disregard for the well-being of her team. This place is a mess, and the treatment of the staff alone is enough to make me never come back. Ridiculous and...

Yulisia charged me $13.46 for my two dollar coffee because she charged me for the car ahead of me on 1/25/24 and I’m still waiting for my money back and it’s March. Can’t dispute it on my credit card because it was a gift card called Dunkin corporate multiple times and they said that they have to give me a case number and wait for the management of this Dunkin to call me back…it has yet to happen. I’ve already gone back twice since the incident and no one can give me my $13 back. Called this Dunkin asked for the manager myself..nothing..It is ridiculous at this point I deserve like a $50 gift card because I can say I went from being 100% Dunkin to only wanting Starbucks now. They would refund you right away. I don’t want to drink my freaking Dunkin k pods that I use for my Keurig. I have a cute little Dunkin bracelet screw that trash. I’ve never had a company just say screw you over for charging $13.46 and then not wanting to give me my money back... ya I’m Mad. The manager is horrible here....
