Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

My boys wanted donuts this morning, so we headed over to the Englewood DD to get munchkins. We waited in line for 27 minutes, which is understandable. It’s always busy. When I get to the ordering window, no one says anything. I waited 3-4mins and said “hello?” a few times. No response. I thought, “maybe the speaker is broken or they can’t hear me?” So I pulled to the front window. By the time I got there, they were taking orders for the cars behind me! After 3 workers saw me at the window and ignored me (continuing to take 4 orders from others), one of them finally comes over and asks for payment. I explained that I hadn’t even ordered yet, that I waited by the speaker for several minutes and called out, but no one answered, which is why I pulled around. She told me that she had already taken orders from the others behind me, and that she would have to cash them out FIRST before taking my order, so I needed to drive around and get in line again. I told her that I had already waited in line once for almost 30mins! She didn’t know what to say or do. So I drove off. This particular DD has the WORST customer service by far. Not to mention, on the days where we are able to order, they stick their arm out the window with your food, without even looking at you (continuing their conversation with other coworkers is obviously more important than manners and thanking their customers for the business). I’ve even had one worker start to hand me my food and then snatch it back inside, set it next to the register, and dragged one of the other coworkers outside to show her a vehicle parked out back. And left me waiting there until she came back inside..... I’m seriously DONE dealing with...

I've gone to this paticular place 3 times in the past 3 months, and I have walked out empty handed twice, and with something I had to just settle with another time. They are always seemingly out of stock on something, or have some sort of technical issue that prevents you from even plaing and order. Fine, don't want my money? Ok. Hope your business does well...

Unfortunately this doesn't even seem to be an isolated issue, I have done food delivery services here in the southwest Florida area, and I must say the dunkin donuts locations I have dealt with have averaged the worst in terms of supply and management. Whoever is running things from a larger perspective down here is in sunset mode with the numerous terrible franchises I've visited in this region. They need a hard revamp, in other regions they do much better and make way more money for it (like the northeast and west). Either pay your people more to demand a higher standard of service from them, or at least supply your stores with adequate inventory and tech management. Nothing more to say, avoid dunkin donuts in the region for now at least, try mom and pop places and gas stations if you want donuts, quality will be good, selection will be hit or miss. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DUNKIN IVE BEEN TO!!! as I was in the middle of ordering they cut me off from what I was ordering because they didn’t want to have to put it in the computer . While trying to explain I had more to order they told me my total and to go to the window if I wanted to add more to my order ( I only had 4 things on my order so far). Once I got to the window they once again told me my total and I once again told them I had not finished my order, my little sisters order still hadn’t been taken, the man at the window irritatedly added one more thing to my order as the woman who took my order originally was rolling her eyes at me from behind him. He told me my total once again when I wasn’t finished ordering and when I told him I wasn’t done he told me he can’t add anything else to the order and I would have to go back through the drive thru and the line had gotten longer. We left and got my sister donuts from Publix instead which in my opinion are better anyway. When I called to ask for their names to report this issue they hung up the phone.
