If I could give negative stars, I would! The “manager” here rang my order under his employee so I do not have his name. I would never come here again. We walked in and not a single person greeted us, even after the manager made eye contact with me. After I call for his attention, he took my order and walked away, forgetting that I still had 2 other people waiting to order. After he FINALLY took her order, he made my order wrong. I ordered loaded hash browns, 3 ingredients, hash browns, cheese and bacon. He put a lid on the cup and gave me 6 hash browns and 2 tiny pieces of bacon, no cheese. I asked him about the cheese he said he had none, so I asked why he wasn’t honest with me and told me they didn’t have the ingredients before taking my payment. He had the audacity to give me an attitude. I asked for a refund and he did not know how to process a refund. He kept demanding I give him my bank card, I paid via Apple Pay, I cannot give a card. I explained this to him multiple times and he kept talking to me like I was the problem and demanding my card. He never gave me my refund them stormed into the back, when he came out, surprise…he has queso for my order I no longer wanted my order and just wanted my refund. I left and told him to credit my refund to the customer who was waiting behind me, he refused to do so and still never issued my refund. Horrible Service! I went back in for a copy of my receipt and he threw it in the trash, I asked him to reprint, he said he has no way of doing that, which I know is a lie. This store is the absolute worst! I left again without my refund and told him how incompetent he is. This manager needs to be trained pr fired, if he happens to be the franchise owner, he is a disgrace to all...
Read moreHorrible!!!! I went here after I had just voted last Thursday morning. I ordered the 2 for $5 bacon, egg, and cheese croissants in the drive-thru. When I got work and was ready to eat my food I noticed that it smelled a little off but didn’t seem bad. At least, so I thought. I took took a bit into the sandwich after removing the egg and noticed that it taste like soap water. It was awful. I don’t live close to the Dunkin’ Donuts that I got the food from and had to work that day. So I called when I finished work and asked if I could be refunded for the food. I was told yes. It took me about 30 mins to get back there and they told me they would not refund because the earlier shift manager wasn’t there. I was upset but didn’t make a scene. They asked me to come back in the morning and I explained I don’t live in the area and I have to work. Plus, my sister had a scheduled c-section that day. They would not refund my the $5. I urgently had to use the restroom and I asked the young lady at the register for the bathroom key which she successfully helped out with no issue. Upon leaving the store, an additional lady came up to where I placed the key on the counterlooking very furious. I asked her was everything OK she said hey are you going to buy something? I kindly reply. Do I have to buy something to use the bathroom? She said yes you do. I felt very discriminated due to my current appearance, even though I was driving on the road all day my appearance may not be the best, but I still feel as though I was judged and discriminated against. I should not have to make a purchase to use the restroom when I have been a customer of Dunkin’ Donuts for throughout the years. This is highly unprofessional al and very targeting.
