First of all I wrote a review two months ago, but my experience is ABSOLUTELY horrible I had to delete it and write another. I come to this Dunkin all the time, but recently I've been driving an extra ten minutes to go to another Dunkin with better service and food because the quality at this one is astronomically horrible. I went there today the customer service was horrible. The lady taking orders didn't say a single nice thing and was very rude and smug the whole time especially when I pulled up the menu on my phone because they don't allow us to see the menu when ordering. We repeated it many times and STILL she managed to mess up the order with multiple drinks. It was an older blonde lady. So we pull up to the window and the ONLY person there with good customer service (assistant manager) greets us and is very kind. He's always been the only worker there with a good attitude and patience. So the line was getting long so I didn't wanna hold up the line and check bags for everything and etc. as I get home I realize half my order is wrong. I wanted a refund so I call the place and explain that the customer service was horrible and half my order was wrong. I work at a corporate chain place so I know how these things work. The assistant manager picked up and was very nice and it seemed like he was asking the manager what to do which I don't mind. He said to come back with everything in the order. Uh no? I've already made my way home and the line there is horrendous. So I ask if I can bring my receipt and card back another day. I hear him whisper to his manager if I could do that which I don't mind, the MANAGER then starts screaming that I need to bring back all of the items and starts yelling about cameras and refunds. That would not fly in any corporate chain industry. The MANAGERS attitude was horrible and I can't even imagine if she yells at those poor workers like that every day... the MANAGER should be replaced with the assistant manager because I can't even begin to comprehend how someone with that attitude could possibly be a manager. After hearing her scream I then said I would be calling corporate because that is not acceptable at all. So this Dunkin is horrible ABSOLUTELY do not go here go to another Dunkin. The only kind person there is the...
Read moreUpdate February 9, 2024. Something is going on at this location. Every week, we go play cards at my mother-in-laws, and this Dunkin Donuts is on our way, so we stop in to get drinks every week. A couple of weeks ago, we pulled up to the drive through order board, and the employee told us to give them a minute. We sat there for about 10 minutes. My wife got out of the car to see if there was a vehicle at the window, and there was no vehicle. We were the only customer, and we had been sitting there for 10 minutes. The employee heard me through the intercom talking to my wife, and again asked me to give them a minute. With no other customer there, there was absolutely no reason for them not to be taking our order and having us to pull around to the window. We got upset and just left without ordering anything. Then on February 9th, we ordered our drinks, and the total was $13.16. We gave the guy at the window $15.16, and he told me that my change was $1.84. I told him that no, my change is $2, and he responded that he didn't enter the 16 cents into his drawer, so my change was only $1.84. I told him that regardless of what he typed into his register, I gave him $15.16, so he owed me $2. He already handed me $1, so he still owed me $1. He then tried handing me a handful of pennies, and when I refused saying I was a $1 bill, he then asked one of the other employees to count the handful of pennies. After arguing with me for a few minutes claiming he didn't owe me $2 in change, one of the other employees told him to just give it to me. This store definitely has a management issue, and you rarely see the same employee twice.
Today (September 2, 2023), we went inside intending to purchase a dozen donuts for our family game night. As we were about to order, I noticed bugs were crawling around on the donuts. I pointed it out to the employee taking our order, and she just shrugged it off. Needless to say, we decided against ordering donuts. I really hope the health department does an inspection soon as this should not...
Read moreWorst Dunkin experience ever. I swing by somewhat often to get a lemonade. I’m not sure if it got taken off the menu or what but I went to order and she said she said “we don’t have lemonade” so I asked for a medium water instead. I get to the window and she says “$4.91”. Me not thinking, I gave her a 5 dollar bill and she said “your food will be right out.” I told her I got a water. She said “then why did you pay” turned around and went to fill a cup up with ice and will she was there was staring at me screaming “why did you pay for it, what were you thinking.” I said “I’ll just pay for the people behind me which was the $4.91”, she ignored me. Gave me a refund and I told her it was fine and that she could keep it. She said “it’s your money keep it.” I rolled my eyes as she had been screaming at me and would not let me pay for the people behind me or tip the 4.91. Took my money and drink and left. My husband called the manager when I told him about it and the manager told him that she had actually already heard about the interaction through the employee before he even called. The first thing he asked for when he called was a corporate number to make a formal complaint and and didn’t get it, he was told by the manager that it was unprofessional of her employee and that she’d be talked to, and essentially nothing further. Unlikely anything will come of it especially considering her employee was completely comfortable telling her about the experience. Must happen often judging by the terrible reviews. This location has a horrible customer service structure and puts a bad name on the brand as a whole in doing so. Save your money and go somewhere else!! There’s a Dunkin’ just down 52 going west and another going east, just south on 41. This...
