8-14-2024: It’s been too long since I’ve thanked my friends at Navarre DD. A place you can count on without any problems. As a 60+ old guy; I use my DD phone app to place orders and pay. Upon arrival in the drive thru - there is my food just like I ordered with complimentary smiles! They are my usual breakfast at least 3x a week!

6-28-2024: Hot Honey Bacon Sandwich!!! Check it out folks a very good wake-up sandwich! I ordered extra bacon. The employees at Navarre location are the best !

I dined in, but it was EXTREMELY cold. The donut was nearly $3, but it’s spring break season and temperatures are arising, however I had a good first experience with service and food. Edit: The more often you come here, the more they seem to be annoyed with you..I come in occasionally for my usual: usually two-three donuts and a coffee and one of the two staff members were whispering about me and laughing at me; the lady with curly brown hair who is a bit bigger and the girl with darker hair. I asked a simple question and I heard one of them whisper “she’s asking stupid questions” then laughing at me. I’m not sure why it’s so hard to be kind and polite with their costumers and why everything seems to be a problem to them.. I normally and rarely give out negative reviews about a place because I don’t run into an abusive environment just for ordering off their menu. Very unprofessional staff.

I don’t know what the deal is between these staff members, but now I can understand and relate to the other reviews issuing similar problem. I came in here the other day and this is what I got. Just had a wonderful encounter this morning! My husband and I went to Dunkin Donuts to grab a coffee to get our morning started. As we approached the window, we realized we accidentally forgot our wallets at home. In a full panic I realized that my card was connected to the Dunkin app. Before ordering I checked behind us to see if there was a line, and there wasn’t a car in sight. We quickly placed the order and were told to come to the second window. Note: we only ordered an iced coffee. When we pulled up to the window, we were violently handed our coffee and told “NEVER come here and order on the app again. You messed up our line and our times.” Then she proceeded to slam the window on us. My husband patiently waited for her to come back and proceeded to say “That’s not how you speak to people, we forgot our wallet and there was no one behind us in line.” Instead of apologizing for the way she spoke to us she proceeded with “Don’t do that again, you messed up our time and it’s not allowed and you’re not allowed to use the app in line.” She then blew a kiss and slammed the window. Now I’m not one to EVER complain, and I commend her for coming to work, but this is not how you treat people in general, let alone paying customers. What a...
