Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

This Dunkin’ used to be great when they had the two older ladies working in the morning. Now they hired this new jerk named Leo and he’s the worse! The store is supposed to be opened at 6am and I arrived at 6:10 and he didn’t even open the store till 6:13. Mind you, 3 other people also saw him open up the store at 6:13. When I knocked saying if he was going to open he kept signaling me down to give him a second. Finally by the time he opened and more people were waiting outside, he opened at 6:22 after other orders were mobile orders too. When I asked him why it took so long he said he’s the only employee and he has to complete mobile orders and start the machines. I told him the store opens at 6am and people will be there when the store opens and he said he he’s only one person. I mentioned if it takes so long to start the machines then maybe come in 5-10 mins earlier to turn them on so you can get ahead. He mentioned how they don’t pay him enough for that, that he’s not coming in earlier. He said the machines will take 15 mins to start up to give him time. He kept on with an attitude and served me last after I was the second person who arrived. After 5 customers later I was served. I’ll never come back again. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience today at this location was extremely disappointing. I was given a hot drink after clearly requesting it cold. When I politely asked for the correction, the drive-thru employee seemed visibly irritated. After receiving the correct drink, I asked if she could throw away the empty cup (since I had poured the drink into my own mug), and she responded sarcastically, asking if I was serious—then abruptly shut the drive-thru window.

At that point, I decided to leave and honestly have no intention of returning, even though this has been my go-to location for years.

To the manager reading this: I strongly urge you to invest in better training and customer service. Employees should never be rude or dismissive, especially when addressing a simple customer request. Respect and courtesy go a long way in creating a...

Don't really want to rate the place because I haven't been there but I started taking my son to Jiu Jitsu next door at 6 pm and the place has never been open when we get there around 5:45 pm. Despite listing online that they're open until 8 pm. Also, I checked the doors/windows and there are no hours posted. Update 2/7/23 I've been here a few times since my original review and the service has always been quick and efficient, and the donuts and sandwiches good. But... They're still listing their weekday closing hour at 8 pm on Google and that's not the case. I'm here on a Tuesday night at 5:45 pm and just saw two disappointed customers come and go.
