Was here for 30 minutes with nothing said. The first 10-15 minutes the front worker, passed and looked at us three times without a single word; she even walked around the cash stand right in front of us and threw her hands up. She was obviously upset about something but still did not acknowledge us standing there. Dunkin' was the only place my grandpa wanted to go after his heart surgery. After that happened two men walked in. One, tall lanky man with long messy hair, and another man shorter with a buzz. They went strait to the pick up portion. Thinking it was a good idea because we hadn’t gotten any nod, wave, or welcome; we ordered online. The two men talked to one of the workers for a few minutes, then they left. We still hadn’t been greeted. We started getting bothered, me particularly. My grandpa is a very strong man, we had to practically beg him to get surgery. all he wanted was his coffee. My grandpa was not upset at all, but when the girl made a coffee for the drive through car (that came after us btw) he looked at me and frowned saying “I thought that was mine” it broke my heart. I can completely understand having a long day working in customer service, I do it every week. All that needed to be said is -hi I’ll be right with you. -I’m a little behind right now. -thanks for your patience. -I’ll get to you soon. Finally, after she finished TWO drive through orders she looked at one of us and said, “I’m starting on yours now” After she started they came out in good time. My grandpa was very happy and my drink was good too. The drinks were fine , it was just the service that stunk. That girl looked really burnt out, it’s okay to be tired, but it shouldn’t get to a point it’s reflecting on the business. Two people were in that building. neither of them greeted us. It’s not all the cashiers fault, but it’s easy to be upset when she’s a foot away avoiding...
Read moreduring a pandemic and directly after a hurricane, my husband and I drove thru the drive thru 8 mins late (temp hours due to the hurricane). Instead of apologizing and showing any compassion, the woman in the drive thru was very condescending, laughing and smiling and waiving even after seeing we weren't happy. she could have taken the opportunity to either show empathy or compassion or even just served us. Instead she laughed and waved us along. I'm appalled at the lack of understanding, compassion and empathy. I've given this location MULTIPLE times to get my order right.... many times getting home and it was all wrong... never calling to complain or asking for refunds... because EMPATHY, COMPASSION and I realize we are human and make mistakes, but this is the final straw. I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN and will make it my business to ensure everyone knows just how uncaring and unempathetic this establishment was to me and my family during a pandemic and directly after hurricane sally. I also called and spoke with the manager (after being hung up on the first time calling) and not only thanked them for being there, but also stated my concerns with their lack of empathy and condescending attitudes of staff. I'll also be following up with corporate. hope it was worth it for that employee to be so disgusting to another...
Read moreI don’t typically write bad reviews but felt i needed to go out of my way to share my bad experience at this dunkin’ of davis hwy. i waited in line at the counter for 15 minutes before i even ordered. when it was finally my time to shine, the employee only took half of my order down and told me to wait while she helped another customer in the drive thru lane!!! she came back after another 5 minutes and took the rest of my order. At last, I waited another 15 minutes for two iced coffees and a sandwich. my order was never called out after another estimated 3-5 minutes of it being on the counter (judging by how much the ice was melted) when i walked up to the counter to grab the coffees i noticed one of my drink orders was incorrect. I asked a different male employee if he could remake my drink with the mocha flavoring and he proceeded to show me the label on the cup which said regular flavoring. “this is the label i got for this cup” he said as if i had made the mistake and ordered incorrectly. “i’m sorry that’s not what i ordered” i said. He sucked his teeth and remade my drink correctly.
on a separate note, i am pretty sure the sandwich was made with cheese from a spray can because it’s never tasted like that at any other dunkin’ locations. $17.50 and 45 minutes later, i had my breakfast. suffice it to say i will not be back at...
