Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

So I decided to try another Dunkin, and it was the worst. The manager Ciara is very unprofessional. She refused to give me my app order in the drive-thru because it had just come in their queue, and she asked me to go in. So that you know, my order was only a plain hot coffee and muffin. You would have thought I ordered everything in the store. 🤣 I still had to wait in the drive-thru behind three cars because of how the drive-thru was made. When I got to the window, I asked for a refund and was told I had to cancel my order in the app, but that was a lie. They stole my money. I called and tried to explain to Ms. Ciara why I couldn't get out of my car to come in and ask about my refund. She hung up the phone on me. I was very calm when talking to her; anyone who knows me knows I'm very professional and relaxed when handling business. When I called back, Ms. Nicole apologized and told me I would have to call customer service to get my money. I found out they could have refunded me as well. I will never go to this location again. Horrible!! I hate to leave bad reviews but the experience I had this morning was unacceptable. As I drive up to the shop there is a large sign that says “Drive Thru only” so I proceeded around to the speaker. I’m a door dash drive so I let them know what order I had. The lady caught an attitude, clearly irritated because she tells me i should have come inside to get my order but come to the window anyway. Okay no problem, as I get to the window it was very awkward, no greeting no smile just a stare. So I tell them which order I have and the same lady that had an attitude prior is in the store walking around sporadically and tells me I need to come in, still with the worst attitude because she needs to get the order ready. Okay cool, I drive around to come inside, still no greeting no eye contact. She’s walking around literally slamming random things around, slamming the food in the bag and sealing my customer’s door dash order very sloppy. I rarely leave reviews, but honestly. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts in all of Tallahassee. I placed an order on Uber Eats and they consistently get it wrong, but it's not just that they get it wrong. It seems like they intentionally do the opposite of your requests. I ordered a sandwich without cheese and they put cheese on both sides of the sandwich. I also ordered a coffee and asked for only 1 creamer. The coffee is almost paper white because of the amount of creamer they put in it. My partner ordered an egg sandwich and they didn't...give her an egg? Really feels intentional to me. When I make the decision of ordering at work, it's because I'm in a bind and I'm really hungry. And exhausted. Then they give me something I have to pick around. It's just a shame.
