Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

Expected an uneventful drive-through order. Requested 2 glazed donuts. Paid and drove off. When I was at my destination to give to my mother the donuts, I found the bag was torn on the bottom and the donuts were WET, very WET

I could not give these to my mother, so on principal, I drove back, walked into the store only to be told that they were not wet and it was the glaze.

I have eaten glazed donuts all my life and have NEVER encountered any glazed donut being clearly wet. It was not glaze. But the clearly inexperienced boy behind the counter insisted it was, even after removing it, at my request to feel and see it. He CLEARLY could not care less... Claiming they came in that way.

I requested a refund on principal, and to tell the manager how could they serve something like that to customers.

No one cared. Very poor staff, manager. Store inside was dirty and untidy.

Ridiculously rude and sarcastic staff. Girl comes on the mic with a whatever attitude, no big deal. Ask her how it’s going, get a sarcastic “Oh, it’s going” response. I ask for a large iced coffee. After a pause she says “you want anything else” rudely so I respond “yeah, one second” with another sarcastic rude tone of voice she say “Oh, yeah?” I swear at her and pull around front because the last thing I’m going to take is being spoken to like this.

Pull around the window and immediately find an older gentleman at the window. Telling me not to swear when his staff are talking to people in sarcastic and rude tones. I explain to the guy tone has a lot to do with conversation regardless of language. For example, I was talking rudely to him right now without swearing. Guy agrees and won’t acknowledge his staff is rude to customers. Garbage service, garbage staff. Management,...

I am lucky enough to usually get my order right from here, and fresh, except they never know how to make a nitro cold brew, and argue with me when I tell them it's not supposed to have ice in it. However, every single time my husband comes here, without fail, his order is wrong. He gets the same thing every time, plain bagel with cream cheese AND butter on it. Seems simple enough. They almost always put just cream cheese, or just butter, and I really do not understand what's so hard about reading an order, and making it the right way. My first job was at Dunkin when I was a kid, so I know it's not difficult. We go here several times a week, and it's just wrong every time. We won't go to this Dunkin anymore.
