We stopped by today around 2 pm through the drive-thru hoping to get coffees and a Hispanic older lady helped us, but felt really disrespected by the way she rushed us in ordering while looking at the menu when there were no cars behind us. We asked her if we can have a minute and then she asked very rudely if we were ready to order again. We went through drive-thru because we have two kids in the back under 4. We told her we weren’t ready to order because we were asking our son if he wanted a donut, she rudely told us to go inside and order. I have never been disrespected through a drive thru, we ended up leaving (by the way there still wasn’t any cars behind us in the drive-thru line)
We went back to this place hoping it would be better service if we went inside 11/11/22. My husband asked nicely if they were participating in the veterans deal they were having & the man rudely handed him a bag that included the donut and asked to see his card/proof rudely. We have tried to give this place a second chance but both times at this same location we have been disrespected. I understand that some customers can be rude, but you don’t have to be so mean...

I went inside to grab a coffee and a bagel, and they took a long time to acknowledge me, once they did, I clearly stated what I wanted, ordered it, and I asked before I ordered if there was a specific bagel available. The young female at the counter stated yes, we have the bagel you’re choosing to buy. I also, asked for an iced coffee, with no to little ice, and they provided me with a cup full of ice. THEY PRIORITIZE THE DRIVE THRU, save yourself time and maybe if you order, do it at the drive thru. They don’t care about taking care and paying attention to your order when you’re ordering inside to sit down. Read moreI used to love this Dunkin, great customer service employees greeted you with a huge smile and remembered your order, this place has gone down hill fast. Big change in employees, the great ones are gone besides one or two. The employees seem miserable, rude, and could care less about customer service including the manager. It’s sad when the the young kid with the blonde curly hair could run this whole store and teach the adults and everyone else how to treat customers and make them feel appreciated. The food is terrible, the coffee is bitter never tastes the same any day of the week either too dark or too watery the cup so filled with ice you get 3 sips in a medium.. just terrible.
