Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Florida

4/13/22 around 9:30 I ordered a turkey bacon bagle orange juice and hash brown. I waited 25mins in line. Unfortunately the order was wrong. No big deal. I came back told them the order was wrong. When I approached the window the 1st young lady didn't know how to fix the issue so someone by the name of EMMA approached me. She was Extremely Rude and displayed Poor Customer Service at its finest. I began to explain my order and what was wrong before I could get a chance to really get started -She says "Do You want a turkey avocado". I process to explain my order and she cuts me off AGAIN yelling at me "Do You Want A Turkey Avocado ". I proceeded to stop this young lady and tell her wait 1 second, I do not want a turkey avocado I want a turkey bacon. Also I no longer want you to make my food because you're being so rude and nasty to me. "Could you please get me a manager"? She then proceeded to state well "I was gonna make it for you". I let her know I do not want you to make me any food because of the way im being treated please get me a manager. When the manager arrived I explained to her briefly what was going on and ask her for a refund I would no longer want to eat from somewhere who would ALLOW EMPLOYEES (EMMA) speak to me in such a rude and disrespectful manner when you all messed up my food. I haven't done anything wrong. I also told her to tell her employees not to yell at people as if their children, and ask them to be more polite when they make a mistake. The manager didn't seem to care at all until I expressed that I would be making a customer complaint against Emma. 1 hour wasted and I still never got any food. VERY...

Einstein's as a whole is easy and tasty breakfast and I regularly eat at the locations where I live, but I have eaten here a few times now when in town visiting family and this is, hands down, the worst Einsteins I have ever been to. The last time I was here, my order (a bagel with schmear and iced coffee) took almost half an hour to be made, but I let it go because the service was adequate and the food was correct and good. This time however, I ordered a breakfast sandwich without sausage, something I have done many other times without difficulty at other locations, and the person taking my order verified 3x that I did not want the sausage. When I was sitting at the window and my food came up I heard them double check it was correct and then they handed it to me with my coffee. I did not check because I assumed after all that it HAD to be right (I really should have known better). Well I got home and sure enough there was sausage on the sandwich.

I was not about to drive back across town, but I cannot believe they could not get something so simple correct and that someone either lied about my order being right or the person at the window gave it to me knowing it wasn't.

I love the chain and I will continue to eat at other locations but I will not be back to the one...

This location is very special. The food is consistent and the staffing is always simply great. When we moved here we longed for a good bagel. Coming from New York there is so much food we miss but Einsteins hits the mark in a close comparison for a chain and consistency for the cost is good. Ralph, who has been who we consider a family member and his old accomplice Howard who we miss so much were the draw of our many visits and still is. Ralph the manager is just one of the kindest, funniest, and very welcoming. The whole staff here has been excellent and most faces are the same which says a lot about its management and the chain itself. I highly recommend it. Photos - A baker's dozen comes in this nice box. The cream cheese goes in the top of the box as well. It's such a clever & fun design! Sorry, we started eating them before I thought to take a photo of the inside. Therefore it isn't as pleasant looking as when we bought them... Give it a go! And be sure to leave a tip for these...
