Multiple visits to this location with orders filled incorrectly or poorly made. Contacted through the website and received a call from the owner telling me to drive back and hell fix it 2 hours later, which i appreciate but if i wanted it physically changed that minute i would waste my gas and go drive back. I was writing the complaint to inform them that i have received my ordered and it was either made poorly or made incorrectly and the owner cant be serious enough to have a adult conversation and listen for a second. Constant interrupting and laughing about it being filled out through the site and not specifically calling the store. Definitely gonna find a alternative place for burgers here on out, there's way to many places that want your business for me to continue going here. The owners attitude and professionalism with the phone call is the main reason i decided to write this review.
Edit: I haven't visited this five guys since I wrote this original review (5 months ago) until today. I really enjoy the food but the service and management at this location is pathetic. I wanted to give it one more chance. I waited 18 minutes for my single cheeseburger, no fries no anything. 10 of those minutes my burger sat on the counter in the bag waiting. I asked where my order is and they told me they are waiting on fries, I didn't order fries. I was told they have to go in number order so now my 18 minutes waiting were a waste because my food is ice cold. Complete waste. Don't bother coming, manager is a...
Read moreOther than the free peanuts, this place is most definitely more expensive then your average burger joint but it's not your average burger joint it is way above average in taste so you'll have to dish out for the above average price. If you're looking to save a little bit - the regular fries are always way too much for one person to eat so if you take someone with you then just order the one fry and split it. Me and my girlfriend will sometime share a fountain drink as well. If you haven't tried hot dogs there or the shakes their above average also, and if you like cajun flavored foods I suggest you get cajun fries but if you know anything about eating cajun food the right way you will ask for a side of mayo and mix it with a little ketchup then dip your cajun fries in it and it'll be authentic Cajun flavored. Also you only need to get what they call a "little" burger unless you're into overeating which I've been guilty of on more than a few occasions; my favorite is the little bacon cheeseburger. Oh yeah and it's not a standard what comes on it comes on it kind of burger when you order it you tell him exactly what you want on your burger and when you get the burgers they put a numbered sticker on them in the order in which...
Read moreWe thought we’d try Five Guys in Vero Beach. “Thinking” was my first mistake… my hubby ordered a chocolate shake which turned out to be chocolate milk… first of all when you know the “machine is not working” and or “we’re out of mix” turn it off and tell your customers it’s out of order. I’m not sure what happened to the size of the hamburgers but the buns sure have gotten bigger! Remember the commercial “where’s the beef”!! It looked like a kids meal hamburger with excessive bread. I asked for grilled mushrooms, light jalapeño, mayo, mustard and ketchup. I got 3 mushrooms out of the can put on it and the rest was just slopped all over it. The fries which are my absolute favorite… well… completely WELL DONE and crunchy! I didn’t ask for them to be cooked like that??? What a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. The owner needs to take a bit more pride in his business and train his employees the correct way to prepare and cook things in the 5 Guys fashion. Needless to say we won’t be back. They had more than enough help at least 6-8 employees there. I wonder if corporate gets...
