We usually go on Saturday’s night to enjoy the atmosphere, we eat even though the food is overpriced and not the best, we drink and enjoy the music. This Saturday we had a very rude waitress Stephanie, who made sure our night out was a bad one. She was arrogant, rude, and presumptuous. She forgot that this place is a place most people go to enjoy the ambience and not a restaurant to eat and leave right away. After consuming more that $300 in food and drinks, she asked us to pay and leave because after dancing a couple of songs, instead of drinks, we wanted to get some bottles of water! And she even threatened us to get the manager. The music had just started, we were not ready to leave, we would order more drinks in a little bit. But she kept saying she was going to get the manager because we were not consuming. They didn’t advice us there was a minimum consuming amount in order to be seated (which is understandable if they had one and told us about it at our arrival). We even asked about it and she didn’t replied. On top of everything, the place doesn’t have accommodations for standing. So if you want to enjoy the music, don’t go early, don’t order everything at once, and make sure you don’t...

Read moreThis place is BIG and well set different decor good ambiance great service this time I only tasted La Picada and the Tostones con queso frito.....the wings in la Picasa were HOT the carne asada didn't feel like carne asada more like bistec....liked the tostones, yuca frita and pig. The salad with the boiled yuca was nice and crunchy and the yuca was soft can't go wrong with maduros as is cut or unbag and fry. But the frijoles (beans) were not the Nicaraguan flavor I am accostumed.....tasted more like canned frijoles. Now the music Looooved the set up of the TV but the music is a tad too loud for the place when you have the bass crackling at the end its tome to lower the volume music is to be enjoyed not to hurt your ears. Besides in a restaurant having dinner with family talking is always a thing.....Now to finish I am wondering how and who will clean the forest in the walls and ceilings....over all will be back to taste the rest of the food and give you...
