Car detailing was a total rip off! I was told that detailing is $180 then said that I saw it advertised for $140, so when they accepted $140 (for my small car) I waited for over 3 hours for my car and came back to wet seats, dirty wheels, smeared glass, and a dirty carpet. They clearly didn't spend the entire time on my car and rushed it at the end. When I pointed out all of the dirt that wasn't cleaned, I was told that their vacuum nozzle won't fit in the tight spots, and as for the rest, it's an old car so what do I expect. The only good thing that came out of it was that my car looked shiny because of the wax. They refused to reduce the charge to a wash and wax as I requested and would not allow me to speak to the general manager/owner. After arguing for nearly an hour, they took off a mere $10. I already felt like they were overcharging me from the start for the size and condition of my car, but then when they didn't even clean it properly and put blame on the year of my car and the lack of proper equipment to do the job thoroughly, I could see that their car detailing service is a complete sham. I shouldn't have had to pay for a service that I did not receive. The only reason I did was because I needed for them to return my car. This is false...

Bad service, the previous visit they waxed my car when I got home, I had to retouch all car again. This week, I went again to wash the car again: even though there are three prices in list, the lady in charge starts with the medium price … and up, so they make fool of clients, already at the beginning. This time the car had to come back from the interior cleaning station to the washer lines …. The roof was full of detergent. Why? Because the want to do 5 cars in one minute. Ergo, they do not care about service … just pay and go. My perception is this business only want to get your money; they do not care about clients. It is really a pity, because facilities are good, but it is evident that the owners do not know how to run decently or their ignorance led them to think they will make profit no matter what, and clients will come back even after a poor job work …. Frankly...

Horrible service. Please save your self some time. The employee damaged my car and I had to get it towed away. They were not helpful, not understanding, instead he was upset that I asked for the name of the manager/owner. Anyone with an establishment and an incident happens will go out of their way to aid to the customer. NOPE! Not here. I’m a women, I was alone and they decided to take advantage of that. They were super rude, not helpful and attempted to intimidate me. Even a situation happened that I had to call the 911 because AN EMPLOYEE was threading another person saying “ I am going to come out shooting” right in front of me. Plus having to deal with the horrific situation, I had to fear for my life in this establishment. No apology. Nothing. Save your money. It’s not worth it here.
