I'd give this place no stars if I could. I spent nearly $200 on items from this online store, and while the photos and prices looked promising, the actual quality of the products I received was incredibly disappointing. The materials are thin, cheap, and unflattering. I've gotten better products from Shein. They only offered one shipping option (1-5 business days), I ordered everything the first week of February. Unfortunately, my order didn’t arrive until over three weeks later. I received 3/4 of my order, and the last set just arrived today (March 12th)—over a month later! By the time it arrived, I no longer needed nor wanted the clothes. After multiple ignored emails, I finally managed to speak to someone on the phone, and they only offered me a "credit" for future purchases. LOL. If you're in Miami and don’t mind wasting your hard-earned money on low-quality items for a one night use, go ahead. But if you're shopping online, I highly recommend ordering from Fashion Nova instead. Literally ANYWHERE else. I waited for my order to say it was shipped for about 1 1/2 week. I emailed them, no response. Till i finally called and that’s when they told me they didn’t have my size in stock, that it was in back order. I was told they’d call me back after contacting the factory to check how soon it’d come in. I never received a call back. Contacted them once again i was told someone would call me back, and again i did not receive a call back. I tried to exchange it for something else but everything i wanted they did not have in stock. I don’t know who they need to hire to keep track of inventory, but yeah not happy at all. I ordered from them nearly a month ago, I reached out to them last week asking for a status, and I got an email back with a refund. I find that incredibly rude that no one reached back out to me explaining why. However, when going on the website, I see the item has been completely removed from the website, not “out of stock”, but like they no longer sell the item.
