Our visit to El Toro Loco Churrascaria in Westchester, Miami, was a delightful experience from start to finish. Nestled in a lively and accessible area, the restaurant offers not only high-quality food but also outstanding customer service, creating a memorable and satisfying dining moment.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Roxana, our server for the evening. Roxana was attentive, kind, and very professional — she ensured that everything was in order and checked on us at just the right moments, without ever being intrusive. Her excellent service and friendly demeanor were a highlight of the evening, and she truly exemplifies what good customer service should be.

For the meal itself, both my mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our choices. My mother, who tends to lean toward lighter meals, ordered a vegetarian-style plate that included grilled vegetables and a portion of chicken. The dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. She was pleased with the balance of flavors, the freshness of the ingredients, and the portion size — not too small, not too overwhelming. It was a simple yet delicious combination that left her fully satisfied.

As for me, I ordered the entraña de Wagyu, a cut of Wagyu skirt steak, and it was absolutely phenomenal. Perfectly cooked to medium-rare, it was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The meat was accompanied by golden mandioca (cassava) fries, which added a satisfying texture and mild crispness, and a side of white rice, similar to a fluffy Gohan, which tied the plate together in a comforting, homestyle way. The combination was just what I had hoped for — hearty, savory, and delicious.

To accompany our meal, we each had a Diet Coke. They were served chilled and perfectly carbonated, adding a refreshing touch to an already wonderful dinner. It may seem like a small detail, but even the drink service was handled with care and attention.

What really stood out throughout the meal was how El Toro Loco Churrascaria manages to blend quality food with excellent hospitality. The environment was clean and welcoming, the music was at a good volume, and the staff moved smoothly through the space. We felt comfortable and well taken care of, without feeling rushed.

In summary, El Toro Loco Churrascaria in Westchester is a restaurant we would wholeheartedly recommend. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the customer service — especially thanks to Roxana — was truly exceptional. Whether you’re a meat lover in search of the perfect Wagyu cut or someone looking for a lighter, vegetable-focused option, there’s something here for you.

We’ll certainly be back. Thank you, Roxana, for making our visit so enjoyable. And thank you, El Toro Loco, for providing such a high standard of service and flavor. Very...

This was our 2nd time coming to this specific location. We didn’t quite enjoy our first visit however decided to give it another opportunity considering the other great experiences we’ve had in other locations. Our waiter came to the table super enthusiastic however, his mood immediately changed the minute we advised all we wanted was water for drinks. He asked if we were celebrating anything (which I assumed was in good faith) yet it was just another attempt to try and sell us alcohol. I don’t think it’s tasteful to try and force your party to drink alcohol - you don’t know if they have certain health issues that prohibit them from drinking and quite frankly that’s none of your concern. We were still waiting for the other half of our party and we didn’t see our waiter again until they showed up. Once again, super enthusiastic until they also stated they didn’t want liquor. He immediately walked away while my friend was mid-sentence and we watched as he shook his head in “disbelief” to another waitress and then proceeded to vent about our table. Long story short, without any explanation to us, he was no longer our server. He gave us off to another waitress simply because we didn’t order liquor. She wasn’t much better than he was but at least she didn’t have as much of an attitude. Also, in my order I specified that I wanted 1/2 a pound and she still brought me 1 pound. When I addressed her, she claims I never specified. Which honestly is a lie but let’s give her the benefit of the doubt that she didn’t hear me. It’s your responsibility to ask your customer how much they want, not automatically sell them the higher priced item.

It baffles me how a restaurant who sells STEAK, feels the need to upsell liquor and apps onto their customers. It became clear to me that since the tip is already included in your bill, it forces the servers to try and have you rack up your bill, so their percentage is higher. I’m not going to even bother saying I won’t be going to this location anymore because I’m sure they’re thinking “please don’t” they won’t profit from my $50 bill anyways - but it’s the principle. Stay away from...

El Toro Loco Churrascaria is more than just a steakhouse—it’s an experience. From the moment you step through the doors, you're welcomed into a vibrant, energetic atmosphere that combines upscale Brazilian churrasco with Miami's unique flair. I’ve dined at several steakhouses across Florida, but nothing compares to what El Toro Loco offers. Hands down, this place serves the best meats in Florida.

Let’s start with the food: the selection of meats is absolutely outstanding. Every cut—whether it’s the picanha, filet mignon, lamb chops, or ribeye—is grilled to perfection and bursting with flavor. You can truly taste the quality and care in every bite. The servers come around with skewers of sizzling meat, carving generous portions tableside. It's a carnivore’s dream come true. The chimichurri and house sauces elevate the experience even further, and the sides, from creamy mashed potatoes to grilled veggies, complement the meal without stealing the spotlight from the star: the meat.

But what truly sets El Toro Loco apart is the live music. The entertainment is incredible—energetic, soulful, and perfectly curated to match the rhythm of your dining experience. Whether it's a live Latin band or a talented acoustic duo, the music adds an extra layer of excitement and joy to the evening. You find yourself swaying to the beat while sipping a cocktail and waiting for the next round of mouthwatering meats. It creates a festive yet elegant vibe that turns dinner into a celebration.

The service is exceptional as well—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about all the offerings. You can feel the pride they take in delivering a top-tier experience.

If you're in Miami and looking for a place that delivers flavor, fun, and unforgettable moments, El Toro Loco Churrascaria should be at the top of your list. It’s everything you want in a night out—amazing food, lively music, and a vibe that keeps you coming...

First time here and the service was fantastic. Our host asked us where we would like to sit and made sure we were comfortable. As we were getting started, our waitress took our drinks right away and gave us enough time to look at the menu. I really loved that because even though they were very busy, and we arrived about an hour before they closed at 11PM, she still had patients and gave us enough time to decide what we would be eating. Throughout our time there she checked up on us and brought us what we needed in addition to our food. Overall, excellent service and attitude from our waitress and host. I had a virgin piña colada to drink…a couple actually. Their piña coladas are so good!! I came to Miami for vacation and now I just want to come to Miami for the piña coladas here! For appetizers we got the Manchego Croquettes, they were filled with manchengo cheese and came with a homemade guava dipping sauce. Very good appetizer! Now for the main dish I got a well done New York strip. I really loved it because it was actually cooked well done while still being tender and juicy. When I went in to cut the first piece I didn’t have to force my knife into the meat or use strength at all. The flavor was fantastic too! For sides I got the corn on a cob and mashed potatoes. They were both also very good. Incidentally, I don’t really like lamb chops, but here? Here I love lamb chops!! I had already ordered my New York strip and I stole like 3 lamb chops from my dads plate. They were phenomenal!! For dessert we ordered the Torreja with ice cream and a tres leches. I can’t stress how good the Torreja was, I can’t. Words can’t even explain. I ordered it without even knowing what it was and I left knowing that I would come back for this Torreja. The tres leches was also good though! Excellent experience here!

Don't be fooled with a wait time of 35 minutes that the hostess tells you. We waited 58 minutes, while others that walked in after us, they were attended first. If a table with fewer chairs is available, they'll supercede your turn until a larger table is available. I noticed this in person and looked at the wait list and how it was skipped in order. Reservations are NOT accepted. Food is prepared at a good pace. Servers are attentive and have a script to follow, so don't interrupt them to get your order moving faster because they'll tell you they have a speech to say. The Mix of Kale, Greens, Roasted Pumpkin Seeds, and Poppyseed Dressing Salad is 99% cabbage with pieces of Kale. This was a real disappointment. Overall, for now, the prices are fair, food tastes good, but some meats are better others including the side dishes and desserts. 5 people or more includes gratuity, and there's no service charge on top of your bill as compared to the other Toro Locos.

First time here and it was GREAT! We got the 6lb family platter and added the 8 sides. Yeah, there were only 3 of us and yes, our eyes are way bigger than our stomachs, but it was really good and we get to have it tomorrow as well. Service was great. We don't speak Spanish, but the servers and staff are very kind to give us their best English and we understood them perfectly. Food took a while to get, but when it came we were very happy. We visit many Rodizio style restaurants where they walk around with skewers, but this was different, although still cooked on a shower, you just order the food and it comes to you ready and how you want it. The meat was very good and not as salty as rodizio restaurants usually serve it. We didn't order the Waygu platter, although I'm sure it's amazing, this was supposed to be a late lunch and we ended up going overboard. I recommend this place and we will be visiting again soon.
