A much needed addition to the area! I have been searching for a nice, casual establishment to relax with a GOOD glass of wine. The by the glass availability steers very far from the area's typical 'house red' mentality and offers patrons a chance to expand their tastes. In addition to a wonderful bar list, the retail selection is catered towards both wine enthusiasts and those looking to learn or stay in their comfort zone. The shelves are laid out well and easy to navigate, and should you have a question the staff is eager to be of assistance. Sarah has a fantastic personality and provides a wealth of knowledge, as well as a younger point of view, which I find lovely and refreshing. She's extremely capable at helping guests choose the right wine for them or whoever they are gifting it to. I was there one Saturday and one guy sitting at the bar was yelling at a customer…”Get Out”. “Get Out”. The person acted rude and unprofessional. The other customer said nothing. I was standing behind him shopping ….i turned around because of the yelling of this rude customer at the bar. There was no badgering belittling or mocking of any sorts No chants was heard and no impolite remarks were made. I would have said something if this was true. Please stop lying. You give Americans a bad name. This person needs to learn manners. Here in America we have manners. I will never go there again as the owner does not support America or Americans. Our new favorite spot! After a late lunch at MacAllisters, we decided to check out this little gem. We were immediately welcomed by the lovely Sarah and enjoyed browsing the collection of wines from Spain, Italy, France, South Africa, New Zealand and America (just to name a few). We decided to take a seat and join the other two couples at the bar and thanks to Sarah's knowledge and passion for wine, we were able to step out of our comfort zone of Cabs and enjoyed a lovely blend from Tuscany and a Zinfandel from Napa Valley.
