Initial Visit For Me Was In the Company Of My Boyfriend To Watch the TB Bucs Play Against the Steelers. We Both Had A Decent Experience That Evening, We Decided To Return On 10/5/2018 Around 20:45. There Was ONLY 2 People Working and Both Inside & Outside Were Fairly Full Of Patrons To the Pub (Causing Them To Be Unable) To Keep Up With the Orders Of the Patrons Who Had Been There @ the Establishment Not To Mention the NEW Ones Walking Through the Doors. My Boyfriend and I Stood At An Empty Table Awaiting One Of the Staff To Clean It For Close To 35-45 Minutes (In My Opinion, Was Ridiculous) ONLY Because We BOTH WANTED Wings From Here. However, This IS/WAS My FIRST and LAST Time Being Treated As Though Our Money Isn't GOOD ENOUGH For the Staff Employed With Firehouse Subs On 56th In Temple Terrace. Once We FINALLY Were Acknowledged, Seated, and Had Our Orders Taken....Things We Specifically Requested As Far As Condiments Plus Refills Took Forever To Be Brought Out To Our Table & Some Things Plain Didn't Come At All We Just Decided After Making Numerous Requests That We'd Eat What We Had, Then Take "To Go" Boxes and Purchase the Items On Our Way Home, URGHš£š š¹š !! If ANYONE Actually Reads the INPUT From These Posts...I'm Certain You'd Agree This ISN'T the Impression the Owner(s) Would Like Reflected On NOT One Of Their Patrons By Any Of Their Staff Whom Are Basically Entrusted To Take Care Of the Patrons Who Frequent Their Establishmentš¤š¤š¤?? Not ONE Person Who Enters Those Doors Is Paid To Drink, Eat, Play Games, Etc. In Other Words "People Come There To SPEND Their Money" Reviews Like This ONE Surely AREN'T Good For Business. When People Are Seeking A Nice Sports Pub With Good Food Plus A Great Atmosphere To Hang Out. My Advice For FREE Would Be To Either Schedule More Staff On Saturdays Or IF You Don't Have the Staff Presently....Maybe It's Time To Start Interviewing For Additional Staff To Cover Your Evening/Nighttime Business. I watched as my order was completed and placed in a sealed bag...only for the woman who was working today to tell her coworkers that my order loses all priority -- because it's a 3rd party order. So, instead of placing my completed order on the counter for pick up (like the three or four orders I saw while waiting) her coworker placed my order on a lower counter while another order was handled instead. Seriously? If your store does not wish to accept orders from Uber or other 3rd party providers, that's totally fine, but if it does, please note that my money spends just as well as anyone else's!! She is professional and caring; today she was working with Senai, who also is an excellent employee who made us some delicious subs. As we were eating, a man came in to the store taking on his phone and headed for the restrooms. He proceeded to use the restroom with the door wide open! Praise the Lord, we didn't see anything but Day was there to confront this man and asked him to immediately leave the store after he admitted to using the restroom with the door wide open. I was so thankful for Day looking our for our family. Senai gave the children some hats and some treats.
