The most unprofessional Panera we have ever been too. I gave it two tries and both times astounded at the level of service. This evening I went there was not one single order in front of mine I ordered and walked to the food making area I wish I took a picture so I could post what these workers do behind the counter every single person that is supposed to prepare food had a cell phone in their hands including the manager. Then they began making my food after touching their phones. I went to the front and asked for management to my astonishment one of the people on her cell phone was a evening assistant manager, I asked her if she thought that was sanitary or professional this was her response "I am aloud to be on my phone and yes they can be on their cell phones when its slow behind the counter by the food" I then said to her so this is a regular thing that you guys do? She said yes, I said your touching your phones then touching my food she said we have gloves on and I replied touching your phone with gloves then my food is unsanitary she then said anything else? and walked away. She then walked in the back told all the workers I complained while making my food and took her phone back out. My other experiences were similar workers on their phones not making the food or making poor quality food. I do not recommend this establishment at all and believe management needs to get involved. Also Id like to add yes my order was the only order at that time but they had tons of patrons in the restaurant observing this level of unprofessional and unsanitary level of service I truly hope someone comes in from food safety...

Another welcoming friendly staff that does not judge a book by its cover. As i have been walking across Florida on an adventure... exploring all that i can find with nothing more than faith that this world is no where as bad as people make it out to be..
Panera is making sure that they are doing all they can to help all customers, no matter their back story.
I have seen at the many Paneras i have been to the employees sticking up for their homeless customers in so many ways. From cops trying to trespass them to rude wealthy customers trying to have them trespassed. To even offering them a safe place to stay over night on the property as long as they clean up after themselves stay out of the way of other customers and do not bother others.
Thank you so much Panera Bread for all that you do!!! It touched mine and so many others hearts!! From the depths of our hearts The world is growing in such a beautiful way...

Read morePanera pushes these chips as if they’re a clean, wholesome snack — “kettle cooked,” “sea salt,” and “only three ingredients.” Don’t be fooled. This is classic health-washing. • “Kettle cooked” just means they’re fried in small batches, not that they’re healthier. In fact, this process often absorbs more oil, making them heavier and greasier. • Vegetable oils (corn, canola, sunflower) are the cheapest, most inflammatory oils on the market. They’re highly refined, oxidize under high heat, and pump your body with excess omega-6 fats that drive systemic inflammation and arterial damage. • Fried potatoes form acrylamides — toxic compounds linked to cancer — every time they’re cooked at high temperatures. • Sea salt sounds wholesome, but in reality it’s just refined sodium chloride. Pair that with the high carb load from potatoes, and you’ve got a blood pressure and blood sugar spike waiting to happen.
These aren’t a “better” option. They’re the same empty-calorie, inflammatory junk as gas station chips, dressed up with fancy packaging and the Panera name to trick health-conscious customers. Consumers deserve transparency, not marketing gimmicks.
If Panera wants to offer a truly healthy snack, they should stop hiding behind buzzwords and start with better oils and cooking methods. Right now, these chips are nothing more than junk food...
