Five Guys — Restaurant in Florida

Horrible experience. The fries were horrible, old, and under cooked. Burgers were fresh and hot. We called and requested the fries to be replaced. The employee said no problem. When I arrived with the kids for the replacement fries, the manager refused to replace the fires. I was also buying two more burgers so we could have fresh burgers and fries. You would think they would have offered to replace the whole order and all I was asking for was fresh fries and I was paying for new burger. I have never been able to eat an order of small fries myself. They usually give enough fries for two people. Each time I go there, the portion gets smaller. This time was absolutely ridiculous. $36+ for 2 burgers and fries. You can get that at am actually restaurant. This visit was terrible. The fry portion was pathetic.
