Sweet Krunch-land o’ lakes — Restaurant in Odessa

10/10 we LOVED Sweet Krunch and can’t wait to come back! We both ordered the spicy chicken Korean tacos and could not get over how delicious they were! The chicken and the sauce was so yummy and then the “sweet crunch” of the coleslaw at the bottom evened it out wonderfully. The kimchi was some of the best I’ve ever had and I’m so glad they gave it to us in a to go container so I could easily take it home. The peach tea was tasty, and you get to choose your sweetness level. I went with 50% and it was the perfect amount, any more and it would have been too much for me.

If you’re looking for delicious Korean fusion food, this is your place! We can’t wait to come back and try more from their menu, especially the ramen once it’s a little colder out :)

I am not sure if I'm missing something but my analytical self caught this. It maybe important to some. If I'm incorrect please advise. I was about to order online and realized they are not being honest, and subtly adding charges and hopefully no one will notice. I run numbers for a large company and easily saw something was wrong.

Tax is 7% and as you can see in my Sales tax calculator pic it was more. It should be 2.69 and not 2.90. Extra .21 hidden charge.

The entire total is off. 38.45 + Tax they listed ($2.90)+ Convenience Fee ($1.00) = $42.35 where is the $45.35 coming from (in my other pic). Extra $3 hidden charge.

Do that plenty of times, you have a good amount of non-disclosed charges monthly. Now, If I'm wrong, I'm asking the community to correct me. I almost put my order in, but my personal tracker wouldn't add up. Such a shame as we just moved closer to here, and thought this...

Chicken Teriyaki Bim bim bap - This was pretty good and satisfying. The portion is pretty big and they give you a huge side of sauce.

Lychee Tea 50% sweetness and white boba - This was pretty sweet still. I would get 25% next time. I usually get crystal/ white boba in general because the texture is usually pretty consistent. This was a little different from what I usually have at other locations. Not in a bad way but just different.

They do not offer non-dairy alternatives for the milk teas.
