I donât even know where to start. First this location canât ever seem to get orders correct when you go after 8pm lately. The last 4 times we have gone to this location either something is missing entirely, over charged for the wrong items ordered or just given something we didnât order at all. Tonight though was unacceptable, even though the previous times we have just sucked up the loss of money we cannot keep spending $30 on food we donât receive any longer. My husband went back to try and get the food he was missing. He ordered a crunch wrap supreme meal along with other food and when he got home the crunch wrap wasnât there and replaced with stale nacho chips which after looking at the receipt he was charged for. The lobby hours are until 10pm but when he arrived before 10 it was locked and an associate with a beard told him to go thru the drive thru very rudely. So when he goes thru the drive thru he asked for a manager, the young man just said âwhat was missing give me your receiptâ. My husband said what was missing and the manager told him to âcalm down this is a Taco Bellâ as if we should expect to pay high dollar and then not get the food we ordered. He was completely disrespectful and didnât even apologize for the inconvenience. He said he would remake the food but with the attitude given he didnât trust that it wouldnât be tampered with. He asked for his name and corporate number but refused both, he told him he can find the number online. In doing this not only was the manager but also other associates were laughing as if trying to instigate the situation to make it worse. Needless to say we spent $30 and only got about $15 of it and no refund offered. This will be the last time time we come to this location. Looking at the other reviews from tonight we arenât the only ones with the same complaints. I hope the franchise owner sees this and makes corrections to the staff before itâs too late and everyone in the community stops coming to this location. This location offers a convenient kiosk inside, which makes ordering a breeze. This is especially helpful when Iâm in a hurry; I can simply navigate the menu, customize my order, and enjoy my meal without any hassle. The employees inside are very helpful as well. I usually use the drive-thru. I appreciate the convenience of being able to grab my food without leaving my car. Itâs perfect for those busy days when I just want to enjoy my meal and not deal with getting out.
I also highly recommend downloading the Taco Bell app. Not only does it allow you to check for any ongoing promotions (like their fan-favorite nacho fries), but it also makes ordering ahead super easy.
When it comes to the menu, thereâs something for everyone. My kids especially love the cheesy roll-ups as a quick snack, and we can never go wrong with the classic bean burritos or the flavorful enchilada burritos. The crunch wraps offer a nice twist on traditional tacos, and the Mexican pizzas are a consistent crowd-pleaser in our household. For something a little heartier, the steak burritos are a must-try. It isnât until the past week that I have had not one but TWO horrible experiences, both during night shift time. The first time, i waited at the drive thru speaker for over 3-4 minutes with no even âGive me one moment pleaseâ. Instead, I was greeted with, âYo wassupâ. Then I proceeded to repeat my order twice, i pulled up to window and paid, and somehow my order was still missing a burrito and two tacos. Absolutely ridiculous. Then tonight, I pulled up to order two quesadillas which was then quickly shut down by rudely saying oh we dont have that bread, whatever he said next. He proceeded to say something about a burrito breading, which I misinterpreted as they can use that instead of the quesadilla breading.
