Went after a long day a work , I go to Burger King often and order impossible whoppers all over Tampa. Came to this one at around 10:50 which they close at 12 waited 10 mins to get my order taken because she was in the the “freezer” without her headset. Order my food couldn’t redeem any points cause the employee said the system has been down all day and the manager said she couldn’t give out the fries. Pulled to the window and I’ve been the only car for 15 minutes why am I pulling up to the stop sign to wait for my food ? So finally I get my food and both impossible whoppers are undercooked and pink. It’s literally impossible meat it’s fake & Once again I’m the only order how is my food undercooked. I returned the food and asked is there any chance I could get cheese for the inconvenience and she said I had to pay and she gave the nastiest attitude about everything didn’t apologize for my food being undercooked and we ate 3 bites aswell no care at all we asked for corporate number and asked for a manager and than magically she said she was the mangers isn’t that funny ? She said the manager couldn’t put her code in for the free fries earlier but now she’s the manager. She got an attitude about wanting to call corporate and told us we were banned and were getting a refund. I told her I didn’t want a refund and just wanted my food I paid with a credit card and she put my cash on the window outside I refused to take the cash and she called the cops on a black man in the land o lakes suburbs that literally showed no hostility towards her I wanted my food and I had poor customer service I had the right to be upset I have videos and pics of the employee acting out...
Read moreSeemed to have understaffed and over worked, with above average wait times for food, staff was friendly curdious. The 1 time I was in after 8pm , i observed the cook was the dishwasher , the floor mopper, and the garbage guy . Hes hard to miss he is a big guy running around . Classified as ultimate multi tasker . But the cook should cook . Not handle other stuff as well . Especially garbage , or dirty broom or mop handles . I dont care how many times hands are washed and re gloved . That's nasty. When I complained. Was told that a corporate issue . It comes from up high . Was a reference to a new company policy to cut labor costs by cutting the staff. Which is causing customers to wait for food . Which I can understand as 3 people cant satisfy the customer quick in and out for fast food . 10 min for a drive up order in middle of the day or 8 min to wait for food .Quality was good , but during a lunch or dinner rush wait times to long.After a 2nd shift ordering food cook to order doesnt work . Have visited a few times at different times of the day , morning , noon and after 9 pm drive thru only . When I came out, he had ordered and was waiting for the food. I waited about 5 more minutes, and they had our food ready. Now, there was NOONE in front of us, but there were people in the drive thru. I picked up the food. The food was far from hot, it wasn't even lukewarm. I had ordered a whopper with cheese and my husband, a double whopper with cheese. The cheese wasn't even melted at all on either sandwich. The fries were cold. We ate them because we were hungry and didn't want to wait any longer for them to cook. Now, while we were sitting and eating, the female employee working the counter was talking loudly to another employee. She said something was gross and then started to make sounds like she was throwing up. Not once, but 7 to 8 times. She kept saying something was gross. This is unacceptable.
