First I would love to say some of the staff are really awesome ! I’ve been going to this store since it opened . I was really excited being that I’m from the NYC area . Recently I’ve noticed there’s two issues which basically made me lose my favorite place to eat . There is and older lady with glasses with a really nasty attitude. I know her name starts with a J . I asked for the poke bowl and she gave me a hard time . She rushed me to order and if the store was busy I would’ve understood but I was the only one . I’ve usually engage with the other staff but POOR JOB especially if your upper management. Second there’s a young woman with color eyes that also started recently and it just seems like she’s not happy to serve the guest . Like I’ve said I always eat here and honestly I’m just disappointed and dissatisfied it was such a great place . Another issue was the food quality has gone down tremendously. The herbed chicken is not always tasty as it has been , much of the salad station is usually dull. It’s been about two weeks now and I have to say I will not tell my friends to return . Please heed my advice when I say that whoever those two ladies are they will bring this location...
Read moregreat new eatery in the Dr. Phillips-Orlando area! the food is fresh and delicious, there’s a great wide variety of items on the menu. the staff is super friendly and helpful in answering questions about what’s available. there’s indoor and outdoor seating + a bathroom inside, all clean and well-maintained. in the main dining area, there are dispenser with assorted teas that are delicious. i ordered the Santa Fe Salad- avocado, corn, cheese, tomatoes, onions, tortilla chips, kale, and romaine, all tossed in a chipotle-lime vinaigrette. the contents of the salad were delicious, my only complaint is the avocado wasn’t sliced or cut in any way. i appreciated them asking if i wanted a light, normal, or heavy pour of the dressing. i asked for heavy but regretted that a little since the chipotle is quite strong in the vinaigrette. overall still super good though! i also tried a pesto, tomato, mozzarella panini that was really delicious. the kids meals are great too- a half sandwich or panini with a side. i recommend the sweet potatoes! overall, had a great experience and would...
Read moreFood is about average for the price, the ingredients are definitely fresh but nothing to really write home about, I would appreciate more diversity in bases, maybe some kind of healthy noodle option? Pesto noodles? Literally anything other than a grain and or salad. My other complaint has to do with the inconsistency with the staff, kale was put in my bowl without even me being asked, nor was I given bread when looking at the same order online I had the option to get bread.
On top of all this, the menu placement in-store on the wall is so poorly done. It's all over the place and can be confusing or hard to follow. It needs to be more cohesive, IE - here are the chef inspired bowls, here are the options for a custom bowl and what you can get and this is premium or use something on the line to signify that these items are more premium. I shouldn't have to walk and down nearly the whole line to see the whole menu of items provided.
I HIGHLY recommend ordering online as the in-store process needs some work. Not saying the food is bad, but some of the fundamentals need some...
