Goodfella's Pizza, Pasta & Subs — Restaurant in Florida

STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AT ALL THE LOCATIONS! The family and I have dined in here we have gotten take out mostly and we have ordered delivery through them and also through uber eats. An honest 8 out of 10 times they have screwed something up with our order. We order all flats on wings and pay extra. They have ignored the request for all flats a total of five times including tonight. So we requested to speak to a manager and a guy gets on the phone and had a major malfunction. His attitude was something else. My father said to him this isn’t the first time this has happened you guys need to get it together in the kitchen. He also said it wasn’t like you guys were busy I was the only one in there waiting on food. The manager says well we didn’t have all flats we only had ten so we gave you ten flats and the rest drums and didn’t charge you. My father said well next time if you don’t have what I requested just let me know and I’ll gladly order something different from you guys. This guy tells him “yeah and you can take your money and go order from someone else then”. He says we gave you a discount I don’t know what more you want here bud. He was trying to explain to this unprofessional manager that he just wants the kitchen there to get it together. The guy had an attitude so we won’t be going back there and we will let everyone we do business with know about this establishment so they don’t go there and experience this same treatment while spending money at this place. They have also in the past messed up on salads we order they have messed up our pizza before they forgot to send my salad dressing with my salad one time they said well we can have someone bring you another one but it will probably take a few hours. They have sent an antipasto salad with rotten salami in it before the salami was brown. So yes what my father said was absolutely correct you guys need to get it together the staff is too busy...

This was mine and my Son Brandon's first time here. After running errands all day and still having to go to Publix we opted to try this Pizza place for a quick bite since it was in the same plaza as Publix. Wow, what a find! They have a special, 2 - Cheese Slices and a drink for $6.45! So, we asked if 1 of the Slices could be a Meat Slice? And Yes, but for a small up charge which is still an amazing deal! We also decided to order 6 garlic knots for I believe $2.95 and we both agreed that these were some of the BEST garlic knots we've ever had! The knots are served with wonderful chunks of real garlic swimming in butter and then a side of red sauce. I didn't even need or want the sauce because of how good they were all on thier own but my Son said how delicious that was so I gave it a try. You could tell the red sauce was homemade and it had this awesome sweetness to it, I couldn't decide if I wanted with or without, lol! As we were throughly enjoying our knots out came our slices which were bigger than our heads!! We couldn't believe the size of these slices and it had that nice thin and crispy crust, with the cheese that was stringy when I tried to cut this enormous slice and the flavor of thier pizza sauce and cheese was truly delicious! Needless to say I couldn't even finish my slice after eating those 3 delicious garlic knots! Also, that special does come with a fountain drink with unlimited refills (All Pepsi products) my Fav! This unplanned trip to just get a slice of pizza, turned into the best pizza and garlic knots we've had in some time! Now, there are several Goodfella's locations all around (look at the photos I took to find a location near you) plus, they DELIVER! The delivery area has a mileage restriction! Unfortunately, we are just out of thier delivery area but we will certainly drive there for...

Update: I am blown away. I NEVER do this. I was not posting this review to get free stuff or even anything. But one, they called and two they came back to my house and gave us a huge bag of those Zeppoli things and some gift cards. Because you clearly went out of your way to change a situation, I think everyone should support a company like Goodfellas, I've never seen a company go out of their way like that. 👏🏻👏🏻

What originally happened was:

I am severely disappointed. I only bought this because I tried the pizza at a friends place and loved it. That for one is rare because I'm like the one human on earth who really dislikes pizza in general. However I loved it! So my husband and I are having date night and I say let's get Goodfellas because it was so good. We go all out we got garlic knots, a large calzone, 12 wings, Tiramisu, and I ordered Zeppoli. When the delivery guy came he was sooooo nice. I unbagged the food and to my surprise instead of their homemade Zeppoli (which we were looking forward to) we got fries???? I never once said fries. Than I go get the tiramisu and it is FROZEN. I mean I couldn't even eat it, it was desgusting. I mean Publix makes a better tiramisu. I am such a easy going person, I never complain or send food back or demand a refund, but I totally could have gone out to a nice restaurant with my husband for the price we paid.
