If I could give this place negative stars I would! Iâm currently 8 months pregnant and stopped here to get something to eat since itâs the closest to my home and I just got off work so I was too tired to cook. I REALLY WISH I DID COOK AT HOME INSTEAD!!! First there was the smell of the place (once again Iâm pregnant so my nose is very sensitive to bad odors). My daughter and I had to use the restroom which smelled like there is a sewage problem and someone tried to mask the smell with cleaning chemicals, but it didnât work and I felt nauseous so I walked out for some fresh air. When I came back I received my food and proceeded home to eat. I ordered a sweet and sour chicken combo platter with shrimp fried rice and an extra egg roll. My chicken tasted a little burnt, my fried rice had burnt pieces of veggies and the rice wasnât even cooked all the way!!! As I couldnât stomach the rest of my food I just chalked it up as a waste of money and took a nap after a long day. I woke up vomiting and with horrible diarrhea FOR HOURS!!! It is now 1 in the morning and Iâm still experiencing this even worse than before!! Iâm literally in so much pain I canât drive myself to the hospital to see if it was food poisoning or not! I would advise that anyone wanting a quick meal to AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!! If you still want to eat here I wish you luck, but when I get well enough to make it to the hospital I will be going to make sure my unborn and I are ok! Iâm VERY...
Read moreWe got takeout here last night. Im vegetarian & dont eat egg so I was excited that their veggie fried rice comes w/o egg! I also ordered two spring rolls and the veggie lo mein. Unfort. I bit into the spring roll and there was chunks of chicken, this was confusing since spring rolls are generally supposed to only have veggies where egg rolls usually have the meats. Also, my veggie fried rice had chunks of chicken at the bottom. I don't think some people understand just how painful it is for someone who doesnt eat meat to accidently ingest pieces of meat. My stomach is still not right today & Im also pregnant so its definitely risky for me to have those bacterias in my system. The food was otherwise good, i would just suggest that if someone is clearly asking multiple questions regarding if the food is vegetarian, that more effort is put into telling that customer they are ordering foods which contain meat, and also paying more attention when preparing those foods. Its hard enough having to ask "does this have meat broth, does that contain meat, is this fried in the same place as meat products, etc." Everywhere I go. it just seems like common sense to pay more attention when someone clearly has food adversions...
Read moreThis is usually the place I go for my lunch breaks but today will be the last time I step foot in this place. I decide to try something different today and order Hot & Spicey Shrimp. I asked the cashier what comes in it and she goes on to tell me carrots, red and green peppers, and onions. Then shows me a picture of something similar, which looked nothing like I Recieved. I get my food and it has broccoli, peas, carrots, onions, mushrooms, green and red peppers. I don't eat broccoli, mushrooms nor peas. There were barely any shrimps on the plate. She told me if I didn't want those vegetables I should have told the waiter when ordering but how am I suppose to tell her what I don't want if it wasn't mentioned being apart of the meal. I'm a very respectful person and to know I spent 13.05 (with 10% discount) to be exact on a meal I did not want and that went to waste made me so upset. I hate to make a big scene over food so I paid but that cashier is just rude and doesn't deserve a job there if she knows nothing about the food...
