Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

I called to talk to the manager upon speaking with the person that answered the phone he did not say anything at my request. Not yes or no, he said nothing and passed the phone to someone else who was not the manager. When I asked the person who now had the phone my question he said yes and I hear nothing again and he comes back to the phone and said she said such and such. I requested to talk to her and I explained why I called and also expressed my concern about the lack of professionalism. I mean after all I had been talking to two different people before the person I requested. And the fact that you don’t just pass the phone to someone else without telling the customer what is going on. I told the manager this and she said technically me calling in today I’m not a customer. And that’s the issue if the managers attitude is like that the employees don’t stand a chance. The area is a low income area so customers can be difficult but no matter what you maintain customer service. And they did not do that. I called back and asked for corporates number the same lady from before said they didn’t have it. I asked that she text the manager group chat or call another manager and ask. She clarified by asking me if I really wanted her to call her boss for the number and I stated yes. Again their was a silence and I waited about 6 or 7 minutes before the phone hung up in my hand. I called back and it was no answer this is the example the manager put on display for the employees today. That is why this store will always struggle and won’t keep good...

I don't typically have problems with this location, so I hesitate to leave such a review, but the experience this time warranted it. I preordered on the internet, the portal number was given with pickup time 25 minutes after placed order. Got there at designated time put in portal number only to see no order. I told them nothing was in there, they said it would be ready in a few. Two other people came in after me and said they had waited 45 minutes for just 2-3 hot n ready pizzas. Another guy walked in after me and had the same thing happen to him nothing in his portal. His order came out 15 minutes after arriving. The other 2 people got theirs 5 minutes that after saying something to the employees. Meanwhile, the drive-thru is moving pretty quickly with hot n readys only thing they didn't have was crazy bread. So I wait another 15 minutes ask again about my order only to get told that they had no clue. I then told them to just go ahead and cancel the order because I was tired of waiting for a portal pickup that was supposed to be there 40 or more minutes ago. When I was getting the order cancelled, the guy told me that they hadn't even seen the order. I get that businesses are still facing difficulties with staffing etc... But even just a little honest communication would have been nice, between the employees themselves, and the employee(s)...

The pizza is almost always Great because I always order pizzas that they don't keep in the warming cabinet. So I get my pizza FRESHLY BAKED . But since I found out last time if you want sauce with your cheesy bread it's extra $, & the don't have the cinnamon pullapart anymore either ALL I got was 2 pizzas. . But the young lady that was on the Register must of been New. Cuz when I pulled up I ask how much is a large pan pizza with pepperoni and Sausage. She said let me look so window closes she checked register. Came back with 2 prices 1 for a pepperoni pizza and Another price for a sausage pizza. I listened then again asked how much for a large pepperoni AND Sausage pizza "together on 1 pizza". She goes in to check again. Comes back with an even higher price. Ordered that then me a large pizza with EXTRA Pepperoni well done. (It didn't get cooked extra well done ,JUST DONE ) but I DID check until I got home. It was good just NOT crispy edges like I like it. but I ate it . So...
