Chef Amina Ly is Amazing!
She has only been here as the Chef/Operator of The Great House of Quayside for a relatively short period of time and, even during this extremely challenging time of Covid-19 facing all south Florida and U.S. restaurants, has become a ray of sunshine, breath of fresh air, and a very welcome change to the vast majority of residents, including myself, who have frequently dined at The Great House of Quayside.
Since Amina became The Great House of Quayside restaurant operator earlier this year after The Towers of Quayside board of directors went thru the long selection process of evaluating quite a few vendors, including well-known south Florida restauranteur, author, and now consultant, Chef Allen Susser, all of whom submitted proposals and she was selected above them all, The Great House of Quayside has never looked better, operated as efficiently, and served food and beverages that the diverse community and spectrum of younger, older, families, singles, empty-nesters and American and international residents have enjoyed.

Just recently my family was down there was told they had to have a reservation or not get waited on and we're very rudely treated. Checking the website it says recommendation for reservations not absolute.
