NEVER have I been to a restaurant where I’ve been treated so badly for NO reason! We decided to try this location instead of our usual Oviedo place. HUGE mistake! Patricia M was our server; my companion ordered a diet Dr Pepper, I said I’ll have the same. Patricia M brought our drinks, my companion asked if it was diet, Patricia M said “No, we only have Diet Pepsi”, to which my companion said they would have that instead. Patricia M looked at me, I informed her I was fine with the drink I had, thanks! 😊 she brought the Diet Pepsi and tried to run off but we told her we were ready to order; my companion ordered crunchy chicken tacos, Patricia M repeated it back as BEEF, my friend corrected her nicely, saying “No, chicken , not beef”. I placed my order the enchilada dinner, with chicken. Patricia M said “oh, chicken too!?” 🤷🏻‍♀️ like she was upset that we both wanted chicken?? Shrugged it off, then our food came, brought by a very nice lady, NOT Patricia M (who walked by several times but not once asked how we were doing), but the nice lady who had brought our plates came by once to check on us. We had leftovers so when Patricia M walked by (to check on the tables on either side of us) I caught her attention and asked for 2 to go boxes. The nice lady who had brought are food, now brought our to go boxes. We were never asked if we needed refills or checked on after the initial delivery of food.. Instead we sat in confusion wondering why Patricia M decided to ignore us while continuing to help the tables on either side of us, while being watched by the four girls standing at the cashier/hostess area . I had the most special evening at Habaneros Mexican restaurant for Father's Day. The atmosphere was alive with joy and love, as we sat down to a beautiful table filled with delicious food. My heart swelled with happiness as I watched my daughter enjoy her favorite mac and cheese and fries.

But as I took a bite of the enchilada, my taste buds longed for a cheese-filled version. Despite this, it was satisfying enough to earn a passing grade from me. The chile relleno, on the other hand, left me deeply saddened. It lacked the expected flavor and texture, earning a failing grade in my book.

The rice surprised me with its unique taste, reminding me of authentic Mexican flavors. It earned a respectable grade from me. However, the refried beans fell short of expectations, tasting bland and unappetizing, leaving me disappointed.

My daughter, always one for honesty, shared her thoughts on the mac and cheese and fries. While she found them enjoyable, she wished for more cheese on the mac and less grease on the fries.

But amidst the ups and downs of our dining experience, the shining star of the evening was the handmade guacamole. Each bite was a burst of flavor, made with love right before our eyes. The lady who prepared it showered us with better service than our waiter, who unfortunately failed to meet our expectations.
