I want to share my honest thoughts of this restaurant from beginning to end. Me and my family of 6 We arrived there around 5pm we noticed that the restaurant is ofcourse packed and they had people out side waiting to be seated at a table, now seen the place been this busy and pack gives me a instant feeling that wow this place is really popular if this small restaurant receives this kind of high volume, now the hosts told us is a 15 min wait time to be seated we ended up waiting almost 45 to get seated, we couldn't sit together because it was impossible to have a table for just 6 and I can see Also why since there was table of 15 and higher table counts ,now I'm willing to wait patiently hoping that the wait time will be worth waiting for. Now finally seating at a table booth we waited to get serve had to wait to put in food order and have our drinks waited about 15 min to receive some chips that was stale didn't tell us that our server was going to come until she show up 5 min later, now I'm not going to say much about this server because I seen she had alot of tables plus taking care a big table on top I ask my self where is the support for the front of house???? I can tell she was a bit frustruated from her body language and agitated base on some of the attitude she was giving now I can understand ofcourse but what really disappointed me the most when I received my fajitas I didn't received it sizzling I didn't receive it really hot my rice and beans was cold the fajitas was just at warm temperature from sitting at the expo waiting to be ran. Now my problem is with more of the one in charge of tonight shift the manager in charge of making sure that all customers are happy the food is going out hot and quick getting the other team members that was just standing watching the mariachi band sings instead of having them support the front house service, first impressions means everything I didn't wanted to waste my time to bother the manager on duty for I feel I might have to wait more time to talk to the person , owner if you reading this please know you have a beautiful restaurant with high potential but this place needs support for the team to work strong together to execute service I hope the manager can better coach the team to work on to improve service this is really important especially for high volume you have to be prepared for buisness high volume I will give this place another try in the future to see improvements and I'll be happy to change my review to a better review but I give my honest feedback not to bash this place but to tell that a bad experience just ruined for a customer to even come back again I wish you guys the best hopefully this is just a bad night but support is strongly needed in the front of house you need food runners at this point to help with...

To start we called mutiple times with a group of 9 for a birthday dinner , they do not take reservations on Fridays due to the marachi that have this night. Due to this we had to wait over an hour just to be seated. Due to the size of our group we had to wait for muiltipe tables to become avalible. Not a huge inconvinace but definally was a start.
The moment we did get seated the live music left. Our server shortly came to the table took drink orders brought them back all but 4 of the drinks were correct. The Micheladas we order with Modelo as the beer came back with Carona as well as a frozen margarita that was supposed to be on rocks. When we told the server about the margarita she proceeded to say that the order was correct as if we didnt know what we ordered. She took it back with a nasty attidude and brought back a new one that was watered down and very light on the liquor. At this point we didn't compain about the rest of the drinks. We were ready to order very quickly after our server was no where to be found. She finally showed up about 10 minutes later to take our food order. Turns out she didn't put the order in untill 15 min after she took the inital order.
For the hour we were seates she did not come to the table not once nor would she look our way so it was hard to get her attention... no drink refills nothing. Her service was terrible. Around 9pm we started to wonder where our food was as we started to see that the table behind us of 20 had already recived there food . Mind you they where seated after us about 10 minutes after.
When we asked the server what was going on she proceeded to tell us the kitchen was working on it still and came out with one dish claiming the rest would be out in about 5 min. At this point 2 hours of waiting we ask for the manager.
This women walked to the table with such a rude face. Proceeds to say what is happening here no type of hospitaly at all. Never once did was she nice to our table never said sorry for our expirence nothing. We ended up leaving the restaurant as is with how absolutly rude she was. The service...
Read moreI want to start off by saying that I never actually leave reviews for places but this was definitely an exception.
I order take-out from here regularly & I always order the same thing so my total always comes out to be the same every time.
Today I call with my regular order. The girl on the phone taking my order couldn’t hear me after multiple times of repeating my order, & began to have an attitude with me, as if it was my fault the music was so loud in the restaurant??
I arrive to pick up my order & I ask the girl up front “may I please have extra limes & green sauce?” Like literally just maybe 5 limes & one little extra sauce. She proceeds to say “that’s gonna be extra” I say ok, assuming a few limes & an extra green sauce should be maybe $1. They charged me an extra $5 for limes and an 8oz container of sauce sauce.
I asked her if this was a new policy? I mention I order there frequently & when I call over the phone & ask for extra limes & sauce I’ve never get charged. She proceeds to cut me off & give me attitude “yeah you got extra, you can check” & cuts me off again stating “it’s my boss you can talk to her if you want.” I am not one for causing scenes, so I just give her my card so I can get out of there.
Probably the most distasteful service I’ve ever had. Mind you, I work in the restaurant industry, I know the proper way to speak to a guest & the way I was treated was not okay.
I love the food here & I raved about it to so many of my friends. But if I can’t even be respected as a paying guest, I don’t think I’ll be returning....
