Update 1/2018: Against my better judgement, I decided to order from here again. When I arrived, an hour and a half after opening, the place was a mess. The manager was busy socializing with his friend, who stood in the center of the tiny store, drinking soda. There was only one pizza in the warmer and few breadsticks. I ordered the only remaining pizza and a crazy combo. I had to state twice I wanted marinara, as it appeared the manager was reluctant to make the distance to the back to retrieve it. There was no marinara sauce up front, despite the slow pace and ample staff. How can a pizza place that specializes in "Hot and Ready" have so little food so late after they open ready for business? Even during slow hours, most Little Caesar's aim to have a par of two pizzas of each ready to serve. Even the marinara wasn't pulled from the fridge yet, which is typically done before opening. I used to work for Little Caesar's, so I know what the numbers and markings on the boxes indicate. When I received my pizza, it had been past prime. The markings showed it should have been tossed 30 minutes before I purchased it. Needless to say, when I got home, I had to heat up my pizza in the oven it was so cold. Hot and ready? Not at all. I will not be ordering from here or any other location again.
9/2017 I've been coming to Little Caesars about every 2-3 months. This is the worst location. I don't frequent this store very often for the following reasons. 1) The staff is always changing, which is not a sign of growth, but decay of a business. I've never even seen the same shift manager, which is different from the other locations I patron. 2) The homeless are constantly in the parking lot. I'm sorry, but a homeless person is the last person I want to see when I go to purchase food. 3) Incessant upselling. Place a simple order, and I'm asked at least three different times if I want to add to my order. Today I placed a simple order: 1 large pepperoni and a a crazy combo. The manager asked if I wanted to make it a meal, without giving me the price. I said sure, should be a better deal and I should get something more. Nope! I paid $2 more and didn't receive a damn thing. Before I could ask, he talked over my shoulder at the customer behind me. Not wanting to be "that customer" and seeing a line behind me, I took my food and left. The manager made it very clear, even before I ordered, that once your order is in, he has no time for you. He rushed the lady who ordered before me as she was trying to put her money...
Read moreLast year I ordered a pizza , a deep dish with pepperoni . I drove 40 minutes to Geneva, Fla and opened the box and it was a thin crust. Wrong pizza. I was at my boyfriend's and called them to let them know it was the wrong one. I got the manager on the phone and explained what the problem was. He asked how much I paid and I told him and he said " Just come and get another one. I explained to him I couldn't because I was 40 minutes away ( its night time) now and I am staying at my boyfriend's for a few days. I will be back by the store in 3 days, and he said ok pick up it up then. So I went by there 3 days later explained everything to the girl at the counter. I also had my receipt and a picture of the wrong pizza on my phone. She said no she could not give me a pizza. Then she said I can make you a pizza like you ordered before but no freebee. And I said why would I want a pizza that I don't like ? She also asked why didn't I look at the pizza when I bought it before I left . She had a bad attitude and never even said she was sorry for the wrong order or MISTAKE. I put a picture on my FACEBOOK page of the WRONG PIZZA and said they need to do the right thing. My niece up in Massachusetts saw it and at Christmas she gave me a 25 gift card for Little Caesar's . I thanked her for DOING THE RIGHT THING! Even though they didn't. Very disappointed with this place. I should have called corporate. When you give the WRONG PIZZA the customer should get the RIGHT pizza for...
Read moreI don’t usually do this but I went in this Little Caesars in Winter Park Fl. and placed an order. My order came up to $29.23. I was trying to use my debit card. The card machine kept freezing up as I put my signature in. The cashier Darrion told me the transaction didn’t go through. I swipe my card a second time the card reader does the same thing. I tell Darrion I’ll pay with cash. After paying with cash something told me to check my bank app. The transaction was approved both times I swiped my card. When I informed them they tells me they have a new system and it been doing everybody card like that. They then tells me they couldn’t refund my money I had to wait until the next afternoon when the supervisor Lala come in. I lives 6 hours away in Georgia. I was leaving that next morning. The next day I called and spoke to Lala. Lala tells me she has to speak with her Dm. She took my number and said she will have the Dm to give me a call. This been ever since September 2nd. I have yet to receive a call from or hear back from them. I disputed both transactions with my bank on the 5th of September my bank gave me a temporary refund of $58.46 until they completed the investigation. I just received a letter in the mail today saying the investigation was completed and the merchant says the transaction wasn’t duplicated. So I’ve paid $87.69 for a Little Caesars pizza and some...
