The organization of service is neat, nice, and clean.

I tried the lunch special which included a salmon roll, a shrimp tempura roll, and a soft drink. All of that for $7.87 which is cheap. The food came out to be little portion as its price. Not a full lunch.

The taste of the food is exactly like how it was named. Salmon roll is a roll of rice with salmon inside. I give this salmon roll 7 out of 10 cause there are more salmon than rice, and the salmon is fresh. I minus 3 points because it was rolled very small which makes the layer of the seaweed to be too thick. Shrimp tempura is a roll of rice with shrimp tempura, little cucumber, and very little of eel sauce. The shrimp tempura is the most important part of the roll, but it was too dried to be good. The eel sauce and the cucuber are too little to taste, so I just felt like eating very deep fried shrimp with rice. I give this 2 out of 10, and this is what make the experience...

I am so disappointed. When this restaurant first opened it was good quality. The last few times I’ve ordered I’ve been disappointed. One of those orders, I ordered sushi and I am gluten intolerant for medical reasons, and they mistakenly gave me a tempura battered roll.

Yesterday I ordered a Philadelphia roll and the salmon was so bad I couldn’t eat the roll. It wasn’t pink there were veins of brown. And I had taken my meal with me to another location too far away to return it. So, I tried to call the restaurant for resolution. And the restaurant doesn’t accept calls at this time. So I didn’t get a refund or food that’s not turned. I had no options at that point. I had to get food elsewhere.

I still don’t have many options unless I want to go into the restaurant to get this resolved. I’m baffled that they don’t take calls.

It’s really unfortunate. It was nice to have a sushi restaurant...

Horrible register staff that spoke in Spanish to speak badly about customers. We ordered a $60 order with habachi dinners and soups. On the phone they said they had miso soups which on arrival they did not have, they did not mention there was an up charge for noodles instead of rice. They then had no accommodation to make not even taking off one $1.75 onion soup for their miss information. They did nothing for us, were condescending and rude. We drove 30 minutes to come to the restaurant and are regular customers. This experience by far was the worst to see the two employees thinking we didn’t understand Spanish speaking badly.
