Incompetent. I took my place in the drive-through line at 5:57 PM. The drive-through line was long, but most KFC's do a pretty good job at moving them. It took me over 10 munutes to get up to where I order, and when I ordered, they said that they did not have regular chicken breasts ready and there was a 30 minute wait for them. So I said I will wait. I figured the line is moving slowly anyway, it'll take that much time. I also ordered chicken strips. When I finally got up to the window, at 6:29 PM, I was told that the only breasts they had were extra crispy. And I informed the young lady that I was told there was a 30 minute wait and I've been waiting for them for most of that time already. She spoke to somebody inside there and then spoke back to me and said that those breasts had not even been put down to cook yet. And also she added, they're out of strips. Could they have not told me this when I ordered them? That they simply wouldn't have them? Why did I wait over 30 minutes in line? Were they simply lying about the 30 minute wait, hoping that I wouldn't want them? This is the time of day where people are buying meals for their families. How could they not have strips or chicken breasts? What kind of a chicken place runs out of chicken? So I went up to PDQ's and got some incredible chicken strips. I would rate KFC zero stars for their incompetence if I could. Also, I will be taking this up with corporate. The local manager doesn't seem to be running...

KFC was ok food, the chicken sandwich was the best of all ordered, it was still hot and tasted good, the fries were not that great, or in honesty, bad tasting.. they were lukewarm,definitely not fresh and greasy.. it's to bad that this franchise didnt keep the wedge fries they used to have, they need to go back to them, they never tasted bad were so much more tasty than fries, which wedge fries also set KFC apart from other franchises because no one else had them... I can say at least the coleslaw is still great..as for the 3 piece chicken meal, it wasn't to good" greasy, the skin not edible, the mash potatoes were bla" the gravy still a bland gravy that still doesn't have much flavor..the biscuit was fresh though,but no butter, no honey, though requested were given, as well utensils to eat,had to be requested at the window, for they weren't automatically in the bag, nor straws for the soft drinks, napkins, well thankfully I had my own for 2 napkins just dont cut it... they did leave out a item from our order, but at least the line wasn't to long, and a fyi" the sweet tea of days past is no longer, it was a stale tasting soft drink version of tea.. tasted uck" ...so stick with soda. In regards to the "covid" the cashier in the window, had no gloves on and her mask was half pulled past her mouth, so not sure how that helps.. I'd not eat here again, but maybe it was a off day.. if you go you can...

This place never fails to dissapoint. I had stopped ordering from this place due to them always messing up my order but my kid really wanted KFC so I gave in and placed an order online. I paid for it online and reached the establishment about 15 minutes later. It was a small order of two sandwiches, two sides, and a two piece meal. When I arrived, not only was the place disorganized and filthy, there was a line of angry customers and of course they had no food at 7:00 PM in a Tuesday. The person behind the counter was rude and simply said that I needed to wait for about an hour. When I asked for a refund, they told me to do it on the app. I informed them that ordered online and checked out as a guest. They told me to call the 800 number so I left. I called the number and someone by the name of "Jay" from overseas just gave me the run around, said the word "unfortunately" a dozen times then said, "Oh, well kow it appears as closed in the system so I can't give you refund." Now is see that it is not just the restaurant but corporate culture to screw people over. I was told that it would be "escalated" and a manager would call me. I asked for a time frame and heard the word "unfortunately" a few more times. I doubt I will ever see my money. This is not the same KFC from my childhood. How are they even...

KFC has become a horror show. I worked as an assistant manager when I was younger and do not even recognize the lack of customer service. When we gave you pricing on a full meal with sides and biscuits, you were allowed to substitute the mashed potatoes and gravy for one side and the coleslaw for another comparable side. That does not seem to be the case anymore at this KFC location. They now charge you to simply substitute for similar sides, about $1 per change. This is simply immoral. The gentleman in front of me wanted to order a 16 piece meal and mix extra crispy chicken and the crispy tenders. The board shows chicken or tenders. However, this KFC decided they would not do that. But the CSR said he could order it that way online. SMH. Because they did not do that, he ordered 28 piece meals at $26 apiece instead of a 16 piece meal for $44. That’s an eight dollar difference. I walked out because I was disgusted with the way the guy was treated. If this is what it is like at every KFC in my country, I think I’m done with them. The customer service is simply nonexistent.
