Please if you are using a card please check it before you leave. I've been to this place 3 times. The first time, I was told the register was not working and I was asked for cash. So I left, I did not order.
I went again about a week later & I was asked to swipe my card twice. I didn't see a duplicate charge so I was ok with it,
Today I went to order 4 Taco's my order was rang up as soon as I walked in. She asked did I want a receipt, I said no. The card went through, the machine asked me to remove my card & the screen said approved.
5 minutes later she went to the other register & said excuse me can you pay for your food. I said I paid for it when I placed the order. She rang up a new order for me on the 1st register and rang up another customer on the 2nd register that she originally rang me up on.
I scanned the card again (which I shouldn't have on the 1st register)
Then I logged into my bank account and showed her the order was pushed through twice. She showed me her screen showing that it was rang up once on register #1. I said yes it's showing up once here because you rang it up on the 2nd register when I came in, she said that's not true!
I explained to her that's ok, I won't come back but I will dispute the additional charge with the bank.

I’m glad that I’m not alone, I do not care about going out to eat, however I do care about food quality and customer service. I have not been here in quite some while and believe me , I will not be back. Food is now just ok, spent 65.00$ and not worth the price for entrees that we’re ordered. I get it that we’re in the middle of a pandemic and all but. Flautas and the steak and shrimp were horrible. The sour cream was the best part of my meal, steak was just a small piece and five shrimp for 22.00 bucks prices have gone up for sure and we understand but when food is not worth the price then you should provide a great experience to make up for your hike I. Price In my opinion! Again, this is just food for thought and would hope that their management team would listen to reviews as they speak volumes when it comes to picking a place to have dinner, as that would be the only way their establishment could provide a better dinner experience for any future customers.
