Michelle and Rebecca were amazing! Michelle's bright and cheerful attitude was so pleasant, Rebecca was very helpful and took extra care and initiative to create the perfect milkshake for me based on my favorite flavors i told her! The 2 of them made the whole shop shine and they took care of our (birthday) party of 12 so flawlessly and with such grace! They immediate took a picture for us and told us to send it in to be posted on the wall! They have such great enthusiasm and it makes you feel really welcomed. While vacationing and visiting family in Pt Charlotte, we had the pleasure of visiting Howard's Hershey's Ice Cream. The ladies enjoyed small portions while the guys went for the super banana splits and everyone was pleased with their choices! The owners were there and were so friendly and welcoming. They even took a photo of the four of us to put up on the photo gallery on the wall. Great memories! It's an easy to find location and you will be very happy to have found this great shop in Pt. Charlotte. We will probably only be able to visit once a year, but my sister and brother-in-law are regulars...

We came for ice cream after dinner on Wednesday night around 7:30. This place was great all around. The tables were clean. We were greeted by a friendly woman as soon as the door opened. I wish I could remember her name, because she deserves all the kudos! They have 52 flavors and we were a party of 7 and she was extremely patient with us and had a smile the entire time. Also they allow you to try 2 free samples which helps narrow down which ones you want or or at least gives you an idea. Definitely will come back to this location when we visit...
