Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

I have ordered from this store once before about two weeks ago and things were great except the delivery took long because the person who delivered it doesn’t speak a lick of English 🤦🏼‍♀️. Well tonight I ordered two Pretzel pizzas. One with Cheese Sauce & Cheese. The other was with Pizza Sauce & Pepperoni. Delivery was amazing but when I opened the boxes half my order was wrong. Neither crust was salted (like last time). They got the Cheese one right but they used regular pizza crust for the Pepperoni Pizza. So when I called the location the guy asked me what delivery service I used (scratched my head since the delivery wasn’t the issue) I told him it was through the app. He goes, “Well with deliveries you would have to call them.” I said, “This isn’t a delivery issue. Who ever made these pizzas got my crust wrong on the Pepperoni one. I didn’t order regular crust on either on them. Both were Pretzel Crusts.” He goes, “Well the Pretzel crust and plain crust looks the same.” Umm no they don’t. Then he continues with, “We could re make the order and have you come get them.” I explained that we couldn’t since we didn’t have a car. I even asked if they could just do a credit for their mistake so that the next time we ordered from them the second pizza would be free. Nope, he wanted to give me a number for DoorDash since they delivered the pizzas to me. Now I am irritated and I was like, “So you’re going to sit here and tell me that you’re not going to take responsibility for messing up half of my order and blame it on DoorDash?” I continue with, “That is the laziest thing I have ever heard. I will no longer order from your location again. I will find another one to order from or go back to Pizza Hut. Have a nice day!” As he was talking I hung up. Reading some of these reviews no wonder their rating is low. The own about the cockroach across the counter and the bug on their pizza. Ewwwwww. I am never ordering from there again. So we ordered through the little caesars online delivery service and when it was dropped off we ended up getting the wrong order. No big deal right? Well I called the delivery guy (apparently little caesars uses door dash) and he acknowledges the issue and says another doordash is coming with it. 30 min later I call little caesars for an update on the order and all they say is there is nothing they can do when the company they are using picks it up to deliver it it's no longer their responsibility....they gave me the doordash customer service number and continuously repeated there's nothing they can do. So I ordered through little caesars, paid for my order, got the wrong order and little caesars is choosing to do nothing about it. So here I am another 30 min later on hold with the customer service of the company that they use. I didn't order through doordash, they did and yet I'm the one having to fix their screw up, they are refusing to take any accountability, essentially stealing my money and not giving me what I paid for. I feel bad for the person who's order I got...if they even...

I would give "zero" star if i could....i called 10 min before they even opened the business on friday the 27th of April and placed my order remind u i told them i deliver mail there...it wasnt the first time i did this.
