Dear Branch Owner,

After deleting my initial one-star review, which was due to your manager failing to deliver my cheesy bread two nights in a row, being extremely rude, and repeatedly hanging up on me, I was pleased when you reached out, apologized, and resolved the issue. Your gesture won back my business.

However, I now find myself compelled to write another one-star review. Tonight, your manager once again refused to take my order and hung up on me several times. This is months after you intervened to correct a similar issue, where I was also charged for food I never received.

Got a large cheese pizza and spaghetti with meatballs. Spaghetti came with cheesy "bread". The bread was like a 4 to 5 inch roll and was so chewy it was like chewing rubber. Called to see if they could send something easier to chew and was told by the MANAGER that is how the bread is and he could make another one but it would be the same. I then asked if he could make and couple breads ticks instead then so my children can eat the bread and he refused while giving me attitude the WHOLE CALL. Offered NO OTHER SOLUTIONS. 2nd time here. 1st time whoever the dark haired kid working the counter was, was rude and not friendly AT ALL. Seems he really hated his job. A huge, huge shoutout to the owner of Hungry Howie’s Pizza in Englewood(?), FLA. I can’t praise him enough! We were a group of 18 volunteers from Georgia, from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, here for hurricane relief work. He drove by us as we were finishing up a task and asked us to come to the restaurant for free pizza. Before going there, though, we drove to see the beach.
