Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Florida

Unfortunately the people that work here are very rude. I have been coming here since November. In the month of November and December after I lost my home to hurricane Milton I came every night no joke. I was staying at the days inn. Now I don't stay close there but I have my dog's and still order 4 to 5 times a week. Since my two rescued dogs are with me I order through drive thru. When I come inside I get the cold water for my dog's. Today Myra came up and said you can't get water here only paying customers and I said I am she smarted off and said really a paying customer. I came in to order my last pizza today. While at the counter the manager was ringing us up and I told her I wanted to talk about an employee. When she asked who I said her Myra, then Myra left her customers she was helping to come argue with me that she said that. I told her to go help her customers this is not how an employee should behave. The manager asked her customers if they still needed help and they said yes that it was her that just walked away. So the manager says nothing to Myra while she is arguing with my friend and me and I told her that she is not the owner of the business and business owners care about revenue not water. I told her she just lost a daily paying loyal customer who will go elsewhere she said so what. I can not believe this behavior. In my days I would have been fired immediately for treating customers that way and not caring how I represent the brand....

It's been 40 minutes still waiting on my food. The girl with pink hair is rude. She keeps giving me the side eye but you're the one only serving the buffet and making others wait an hour for pizza that doesn't take that long to cook. Don't get mad at me because you make me wait forever. Update finally got my food and the subs are dried out and crusty. I said the butter and cheese goes on top after cooking in any hungry howies (except theirs) every employee came to argue and say they cook it on there. I said we'll you shouldn't because then it's dried and crusty. A kid (male with curly hair) came out and said the same I said I already heard that but it's crusty I want butter on top now. Je fixed it and added the butter and grated cheese on top ( the way it's supposed to be) and told me it was made incorrectly they do it before cooking and after. I was getting mad that everyone wanted to argue instead of fixing what they messed up so he offered me a 2 liter of Pepsi (that still doesn't fix bad attitudes arguing when I wanted my order correct. This restaurant was full of mostly kids working and apparently they can't handle the work and Wan to argue. This restaurant is only good for the buffet don't order out in this store. Everyone ordering out and waiting forever got mad...

Terrible experience, will not return. Called to order their Large 2-topping for $11.99 “special”, ordered a pepperoni sausage and a chicken bacon. They told me on the phone the total was $25.66 after tax and to pay at the store. Cool, no problem, once I get to the store it’s all of a sudden $29.96. I ask the girl working the counter why it costs more now, she turns the screen and shows me that there’s now an “added charge” for $4 for chicken and $.02 for bacon for some reason? I asked her what the charge was for and she said “it just does that, she’s not sure why” but offered to get me the manager. The manager walks out, I explain it to her and she said “the $11.99 is for “normal toppings” like pepperoni and ham, but they add a charge for chicken and bacon”? Huh? I asked her why nobody said anything about it online or on the phone and all she said was “yeah sorry”, then proceeded to just stare at me. And the pizza tasted mediocre at best, and for $4, there was maybe half a cup of tiny chicken pieces across the entire piece and a handful of bacon bits; absolutely will not return. For $30 you can get WAYYYYYY...
