I got a Family Feast Deal with 2 large pizzas (one specialty, one large 1-topping), a 2-liter, and a bread side. For my specialty pizza, I got a stuffed crust Super Supreme, advertised as $2 more on the website, which was fine with me. I got a meatball pizza for my large 1-topping. Shortly after placing the order, the store manager (April) called stating they had run out of meatballs and offered another topping of my choice. I chose pepperoni. Somewhere between the order change and delivery, there was a miscommunication about the coupon being erased from my order (not my fault). The delivery driver, Emma, stated I owed $12.91 IN ADDITION to what my card approved. I knew this amount was wrong as I'd never seen this number in my order confirmation, nor had the store manager communicated that price to me. My card definitely had more money on it than the $35.08 Emma said "went through," making this an embarrassing situation for me as a customer having to frantically explain myself at my doorstep that I used a coupon. I felt as though Emma did not believe me as she was insistent that I owed additional money and threatened she would not leave the food I ordered unless she collected additional funds. I attempted to call the store and instead got Rick in a call center, who rectified the situation and explained to Emma that I was responsible for $35.08 and the store manager accidentally deleted my coupon when she had to change the toppings on my pizza. While waiting for Rick to speak to the store manager, however; I had to stand in my doorway and listen to Emma complain about other customers who have "ripped her off and money had to come out of her pocket." I felt accused of trying to scam her and was very insulted overall. I am 35 weeks pregnant and work full-time, I respect working class individuals and am not some trailer-trash scum of the earth individual who would do something like that. It was a huge mistake for me to order from Pizza Hut. I wanted to take the time to write this all out so maybe someone, somewhere could really understand what kind of individuals are the face of your company. Read moreFood is great, as with any Pizza Hut, but the service at this location is HORRIBLE. For our first order, we waited almost 2 hours for our delivery and the driver forgot our cinnamon sticks. We called the store to tell them what happened, but they said they didn't have any way to contact the driver and would have to send him back out after he finished all of his other deliveries and returned to the store. I honestly don't know if the driver ever returned because we waited so long, we fell asleep. The store did give us a $10 credit. For our second order, we ordered a single pizza with stuffed pretzel crust, but when we finally got our pizza it was regular crust. Okay, not a big deal, we called the store to tell them and they gave us a $20 credit. Today, we expected to have $30 to spend, however the MANAGER we placed our order with on the phone (Ward/Warren? Some name beginning with a W), refused to let us use our initial $10 credit even though he saw it on our account...because he didn't know what the abbreviations meant. Ridiculous! I recommend going to another location unless you enjoy waiting two hours for your delivery, want your order to arrive incorrectly every time only to be promised a credit that you can't use, and dealing with "managers" who do not know their own store's abbreviations.
