My first encounter with caramel apple butter hot chocolate was nothing short of magical. The drink was warm, rich, and indulgent, offering a delightful blend of creamy hot chocolate with the sweet and slightly spiced flavor of caramel apple butter. It tasted like autumn and winter had merged into a comforting cup of goodness. Each sip was a cozy hug for the soul, making it the perfect treat for a chilly day. Alongside the hot chocolate, I savored thick and fluffy French toast, which was equally delightful. The texture was perfectâcrispy on the outside, soft on the insideâand paired wonderfully with the syrup and a touch of powdered sugar. It felt like a decadent breakfast and dessert combined into one, making the experience even more special. As I enjoyed these treats, I noticed a small Christmas tree nearby. Its soft, twinkling lights and festive decorations added an extra layer of holiday cheer to the moment. It wasnât just about the food and drink; it was the atmosphere that truly elevated the experience. Overall, the combination of the comforting flavors, the festive ambiance, and the simple joy of the season made it an unforgettable moment. Iâd highly recommend the caramel apple butter hot chocolate and thick French toast to anyone looking for a cozy and indulgent way to celebrate the holidays.
Update:
When I first took a bite of IHOPâs Cinn-A-Stack Pancakes, I was immediately transported to dessert heaven. These pancakes are the perfect blend of fluffy, warm buttermilk pancakes layered with a gooey cinnamon roll filling that tastes like it was made straight from a bakerâs dream. Topped with a generous drizzle of cream cheese icing, every bite was decadently sweet and satisfying. The cinnamon filling gave the pancakes a warm, spiced flavor that paired perfectly with the creamy icingâit felt like eating a cinnamon roll in pancake form. While the sweetness was a bit overwhelming by the end (itâs definitely a treat, not an everyday breakfast), it was a delightful indulgence thatâs perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth. Overall, IHOPâs Cinn-A-Stack Pancakes are a must-try for pancake and cinnamon roll lovers alike. Just make sure you bring your appetiteâand maybe a cup of coffee to balance the sweetness!
Update:
I recently enjoyed another breakfast at IHOP, and this time I decided to try their breakfast combo. It included scrambled eggs with cheese and perfectly seasoned breakfast potatoes, which were both hearty and satisfying. The highlight of my meal, though, was the strawberry banana thick and fluffy French toast. The sweetness of the fresh strawberries and bananas paired with the warm, golden French toast was simply irresistible. The combination of flavors and textures made every bite feel indulgent. IHOP never disappoints when it comes to serving a comforting and...
Read more3/26/25, I came to the IHOP with Rose my Best friend on Alafaya Trl location and we had Sammy today serving us. She was very welcoming, attentive and great personality. She made sure my order was on point and very attentive to our needs. I haven't been to IHOP for 5 years and I see a difference. Bye Denny's, I'm a IHOP customer now. Better food.
This is the 1st Original review 5 years ago, I came to visit this new IHOP hoping to expect a different food quality experience. I did not. The pancakes have a powdery taste like in every IHOP. It's like if it's not cooked entirely but it is cooked. I enjoy Denny's because they do have fluffy pancakes without the powdery taste. If IHOP tweaks the pancake recipe, I might consider visiting because they have more variety of food. Just to be clear, it's not this location that has the issue, it's all IHOP restaurants. Ashley was our server, her attention with us was fantastic. It was so good that I would consider visiting again with the service she gave me and my wife. She has a very helpful, friendly, welcoming personality. She made sure we were comfortable and not missing anything. I didnt voice my opinion about the pancakes because it's a corporate issue way beyond her pay scale. Besides she has no control of the ingredients. Ask for her section next time you visit, you will see what I mean. She is a very good server. My Wife had the Sirloin tips with mashed potatoes and she said it was great. She would order it again if we ever re-visit IHOP.
I gave this review 2 Stars on the Pancakes ONLY. For Ashley's service, she gets 5 Stars for sure. My wife gives the Sirloin tips meal...
   Read moreI arrived around 11:15am.
They are a bit slow at seating customers, other reviewers can confirm. But if you do have patience to wait for 1-3 mins they will seat you. I waited for what felt like forever but in reality it was at or about one minute. This is due to no one working the front desk.
Ambiance & cleanliness Ambiance is nice. Music is not too loud, seating is spacious and not cramp. Lighting is easy on the eyes, nice and warm, with some natural sunlight. Tables were clean when I came in, floor could use a sweeping but in general, the place looked taken care of. I peeked into the kitchen a little and it looked clean. Bathrooms were 85% of the way there.
Seating Outlets at booths with USB ports were wonderful! Booth Seats were comfy and a divider between each booth a huge plus as it adds a barrier for noise and germs. :-)
Server Filomena was kind and attentive, checking back to make sure everything was okay and if I needed anything.
Food Good good for the price. I had the breakfast combo, and replaced the regular pancakes with their Gluten-friendly pancakes (funny-naming as I donât think of gluten free as gluten friendly, more like glutenâs enemy lol). I do enjoy the GF pancakes, they are pillowy and moist, Iâd give the pancakes a 4.5 out of 5. Pork sausage was delicious and tender, along with the hash brown which I think were done very well. Crispy outside, browned beautifully. The scramble eggs were also pretty good, not dry, not oily, salted well.
I was expecting a certain standard and compared it to other breakfast diners and other IHOP locations in the local area. I have to say this IHOP, exceed my...
