Today I went to go visit Taco Bell That was on alafaya, we waited in the drive-through for at least 40 minutes, as soon as I got up to the speaker to take my order I had one guy talk to me so he could take my order and then I hear another voice in the background trying to take our order to at the same time I couldn’t hear anything this person was saying and the other person was saying as well I was also trying to take my families order at the same time on the phone. I understand that there was a long line I understand that they need to take orders as fast as possible but The lady that was taking our order was being very disrespectful so I had to be disrespectful back I am so sorry. She was telling us you should’ve took in their order before you got here but my family just found out we went to Taco Bell, she said we were being childish and wasting her time. she was just being extremely rude, they guy that was trying to take our order was being very patient. And after all of that we still have to wait an hour for us to leave because the customer that was in front of us was still waiting for their food so I had no idea why they were rushing us. Please try to get nicer employees. I have no idea if she was the manager or what but she kept yelling. If there was an option to give no stars I would. Plz don’t talk to people like that because i’m pretty sure if it was you in my situation you would do the same thing. I don’t care if I get called a “Karen” for what I did. Read moreI went in the store to order tonight because the drive through line was wrapped around the building. Once inside, I waited at the register for almost 15 minutes. No one acknowledged me. I finally asked if I should order at the kiosk. The teen girl working the drive through said they were extremely busy so, yes. I suggested that a sign be put up to tell people that so it didn’t happen again. The same girl was seen eating food and handling customers food at the same time. Another employee kept going outside, not sure why. It wasn’t to deliver food. So I order at the kiosk and meanwhile, the manager comes out and tapes a handwritten sign to the “order here” sign above the kiosk. She looks me in the face like here is your sign lady. Once I got my food from the gentleman who was really the only person working hard I mentioned to the manager that I meant a sign at the register would be a better location to alert people to order at the kiosk. She didn’t seem to care at all. Every time we go there something is wrong or poor quality. The customer service was horrible tonight. The teen girl in the drive through was nasty and eating while handling customers food , the manager had no control, the guy with dark hair didn’t do anything productive and the African American gentleman was the only person busting his butt and very pleasant....
Read moreI'm not blaming the manager at all for this! I am a manager myself so I totally understand her predicament! Store was understaffed with all minors that had to go on break so the drive thru was closed. I completely understand staffing issues as I personally have been feeling these effects! The issue was I was originally asked to order at the automated board. Which I tried to do. I always get the steak quasoritos. I searched the whole board and it wasn't there! A young gentleman was working and he did the whole search to. Called the manager over when he couldn't find it and then she had to search to! ( which as a manager I understand you have to trust but still verify your team incase it's just a training issue.) After she searched it she had the youn gentleman ring me up on the register. At this point the store was starting to fill up because it was a prime dinner time! My main issue with the visit is on corporate side! This is something you sever but yet you don't have on the automated system to order. Due to this you put a poor overworked manager in a spot that set her back even farther then she was with her day and through more hurdles into her day then she needed!
