UPDATE: I got a response from the owner and I was assured they were going to take measurements to avoid this type of behavior in the future. I understand that for the owner is not easy to be present 24/7. Besides the below incident, this place offers great food and pastries. My family loves it. We are happy they will correct any issues so we can continue to enjoy their food. Thank you Al Pan Pan for your prompt response.

Original review: The owner really needs to give more attention to the people in his team because I think they are running a scam or something like that. We went there couple weeks ago and had dinner, the waittres didn't give us a receipt and based on the prices on the menu and what she charged us , we were being over charged for about +/-$20 . But I let it pass... We went there again today. Same situation, she brings a machine to the table and shows only the total amount, not a description of what we consumed. I asked her to see a description of what we consumed. Effectively , they were charging us extra drinks we never consumed. She apologized and said it was a mistake. I'm pretty sure she or more people in the team are doing the same to every customer. Very dishonest behavior. Owner: please demand to your waitresses to give receipts to clients. I went on to their website and clicked the link to place an online order. The link takes you to Eatzhub where you can place your order similar to DoorDash or UberEats. I arrived at 9pm and they were closed but all information online and in the Eatzhub app said they were open until 10pm. I motioned for the cashiers at the front door, through the glass, trying to explain I had an online order flashing my phone at them as they were trying to tell me they were closed. After some back and forth one of the ladies finally met me at the door and I explained I placed an online order for $80 and it was just for pastries, mostly ready-made pastries you could choose from the front counter. She became very defensive and explained they never received an order, they don’t use Eatzhub, and they were closed so I needed to take this issue up with the app I ordered from. I pointed out they LITERALLY have a decal on their STORE FRONT advertising they use Eatzhub and I only used it because that’s what their website linked me to for online orders in the first place. My friends spoke highly of this place and it’s a shame I was met with such terrible service I won’t even give their food a chance after this first interaction with the staff. They were defensive more than they were service-oriented, I would have happily paid on the spot to at least walk away with SOMETHING and dispute the online transaction at a later time. VERY...

Don’t waste your time to visit here, the food here is extremely bad, horrible!! I even feel bad writing about it. I told him I was going to write a review so his kitchen can do better.

I was thrilled to introduce my American friends to Argentinian cuisine. I couldn't even finish my meal. The teenager with me, who typically has a large appetite, was also unable to finish her dish. That's how disappointing the food was.

The steak was very dry and cooked in old oil that had a fishy taste. You can see from my photos that we didn't eat much of the food. I spoke to my server about my disappointment, and the owner who was sitting at the next table with lots of friends overheard. He made an inadequate apology to our dissatisfaction, saying that customers don't come for the food but for the entertainment and service after being in business for 14 years.

I respond; I didn't came here to be entertained, I came to eat Argentinian cuisine. Despite my attempts to speak, he continued talking over me. He instructed the waiter not to charge me, even though I wanted to pay for the sodas and empanadas. However, he ended up voiding the entire bill.

I don’t recommend this place for the simple reason that the food is not good at all, I bet we can cook better food at home than here.
