Pizzeria “Asere Que Bola “ — Local services in Palm Springs

So I don't know if this place got new owners or something but I just got the mixta pizza which I always order but today I order the same pizza and I go to open the box and they just put the toppings first and then the cheese on top it tasted horrible and fell apart. I have the picture to prove it. Something dosent seem right either they dont know how to make the pizzas correctly or somebody dosent know what they are doing or there is not good training or something. I was not satisfied at all. The Dulce leche had a Burnt smell to it. The burnt smell was of milk, when milk is burnt it has a distinctive odor. This particular product had a distinct order of burnt milk, when I asked about it, the proprietor said that that’s the way it’s supposed to smell, this was a lie because we have had this product many times before Never did it ever smell in this fashion. I will not recommend this place not necessarily because the food is bad, but because of the lie they told about their product and then they double down and said that it was supposed to be that way when that was a lie. El dulce de leche olía quemado. Cuando la leche se quema , emana un olor singular . Cuando le preguntamos a la persona que nos atendió, quizás la copropietaria, nos dijo que ese olor era normal , pero yo llevo degustando ese dulce por más de 40 años y le puedo confirmar que eso no es normal, también el postre estaba desabrido. No recomiendo este lugar, no por la comida, sino por la mentira. Debieron haberme ofrecido otro dulce que no tuviera ese olor desagradable. El postre lo tuve que botar. Mi recomendación, si deciden ir a pesar de sus mentiras, al menos huelan el postre para evitar que vaya...

Pésimo. Solían ser buenos. Ordené dos pizzas con bacon y me las dieron con la imitación pulverizada del bacon que venden para hacer ensaladas (de menor calidad y mucho más sodio). Me cobraron un jugo que no correspondia al precio del tablero que tenían en el exterior del carrito y de paso mucho más costoso que en un restaurant con mejor estructura. La respuesta del dueño fue que lo que importaba era que la pizza supiera a bacon. Sugerencia, ofrezcan pizzas "saborizadas" en alto porcentaje. Me sentí estafada.
