The staff there are wonderful. They could probably stop asking the same questions over and over again to get the line moving faster especially to regulars. I’m actually writing out of concern for them though. I’ve witnessed extremely rude, almost threatening in manner, cussing customers become overwhelmingly upset with the staff due to hours changing during this ridiculous pandemic, yet week after week your process hasn’t seemed to change.

I know the traffic at this location is never ending at night but you really and truly need to have a chain, rope, multiple barricades placed at the OPENING of the drive thru after the 9pm car. This can be done tastefully just like Starbucks does when their driver thru is not being utilized. The little cone in the middle of the lane just gets driven around. I’ve seen this first hand. It’s far too unsafe with the world we live in now with these lunatics screaming profanity at the young ladies who are just trying do their job. They truly don’t owe anyone an explanation. As a witness to these instances I’ve definitely suggested calling our local sheriffs office. It shouldn’t be tolerated and can only imagine they would be scared at some point in dealing with said jerks. I’m so sorry your staff has ever had to deal with this from our community, it shouldn’t be tolerated. I hope you’ll find a way to rid these late arrivals in a much more efficient way.

This place has the BEST soft serve ice cream & gelato in all of Clay County! The employees here are always so friendly and I'm impressed with how much they can remember. We've given them some pretty hard orders and they've never messed any up. I don't know how they remember the orders without writing them down, as I said, I'm very impressed. I also like how the drive-through lines always move fast, which is awesome when you're in a rush to get that sweet frozen treat and you don't want wait forever for it. They usually only have 1 drive-through lane open, but there was one time when they had both lanes going at once, so I know they use both on occasion. Another thing that I love about this place is that they offer a military discount, so if you're military, take your ID and get a discount on your ice cream here!
