Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Florida

I've been going to Jeremiah's for years, but only recently moved back to town to enjoy it. SUPER disappointed by the young woman with dyed yellow hair working the drive through window tonight! I had remembered a time where Jeremiah's offered a kid's size, and didn't realize they stopped selling this option. The old rule was that the kids' size could only be italian ice or ice cream -- not both. I have to monitor my blood sugar due to a health condition and ordered kids' sizes in the past, and just wanted to see if there was a chance I could get a dollop of ice cream on top of a kids' sized ice. When I asked if they could do this, she said they could only do a small gelati, which I interpreted as the old rule. Only italian ice or ice cream, not both. No biggie! I asked for just ice in the kids' size, and she was extremely rude when we didn't immediately understand what she meant. She snapped back that they "ONLY do small -- no kids -- the smallest is a small -- we can't do smaller, no kids sizes" in rapid succession without even letting us acknowledge that we understood. A simple "we don't offer the kids size anymore!" would have done the trick. I just didn't realize they discontinued the kids size and didn't need her attitude. For reference, it's the girl with dyed yellow hair -- wearing it in two buns when we went -- who was rude to us. I'd say have your order perfectly ready before you get to her unless you want...

My experience at this location was extremely disappointing. I arrived at the drive-thru and waited almost 30 minutes to be served. When I finally placed my order, I specifically asked for two ice creams with no lids and no bag. Instead, I was given the opposite: both ice creams in a bag, with lids, and even in the wrong size.

When I went back to ask for a correction, the employee reacted rudely by throwing the ice creams in the trash with clear frustration. After repeating my order, they still asked me again if I wanted lids (even though I had already specified). When they handed me the order, they shut the window in a very rude manner.

To make matters worse, one of the ice cream flavors was still incorrect. When I pointed it out, the employees just looked at each other and suggested a refund, when all I wanted was the correct ice cream. I finally mentioned that three mistakes in one single order is unacceptable. The employee responded sarcastically and slammed the door of the shop.

In summary, the service was slow, unprofessional, and very disrespectful toward the customer. I will not be returning to this location, and I do not recommend it to anyone who expects polite and...

I go to Jeremiah all the time off Aloma In W Springs. I Usually get 5 med’s for each night for myself , lots of gift certificates & last time bought a quart also! I Used to go to the one on Mills & Howell Branch before they moved down the street.

I’be never had a bad experience, or rude person and if I ask for something special , they are all. very accommodating, such as a med in a large cup so I don’t make a mess in my car. If I ask for a little less ice & more Gelato. Not a problem ! They stay cold until I get home & one man told me he drives from Winter Park to Deltona and they are fine! DOn’T let the line , at times.scare you. Goes very fast!

I always try and leave a tip and wish more people would Also! I am not affiliated with them & don’t know anyone personally ! These are my honest feelings & I know that of my family :-)) & everyone e who gets a gift certificate !
