I ordered via doordash but due to doordashes set up it will not allow modifications on preset sandwich through the app. I called the store once my order was placed to request the modifications I wanted. When the employee answered the phone she didn't state her name after answering. I said hi what's your name?( I asked for the name so I would know who I spoke with and to show respect) She responded with why? I was instantly taken back by her rude,inappropriate and unprofessional response. I responded to her question of why because I am a customer whom just placed an order that needs some modifications of which I'm about to cancel because your attitude/response is nasty. She proceeds to say well I just got here and there's a long line of people here and I just answered the phone. I said to her that's not relevant nor is it something that needs to be made known to the customer. I asked for the manager at least 3 times as she continued to have a back and forth/argument with me. The manager was in ear shot because she called him to the phone by saying are you busy because this lady on the phone has an attitude and wants to speak with you. Even at that instance she was still being disrespectful and unprofessional. I advised her while the above back and forth took place of me asking/telling her to get the manager at least 3 times I will be reporting this interaction to corporate. The manager gets on the phone with a tone similar to hers. His 1st set of words weren't how can I help you or even what's the issue. Instead he let the employee be indignant and rude while speaking to the customer as she handed the phone to him. I told the manager at the beginning of the call I simply asked her for her name and she decided to argue with me along with being ill-mannered and that her attitude is deporable.I am canceling my order and I will be contacting corporate. So I LOVE jersey mikes and normally they are 100% on their game. Unfortunately, it seems this location is struggling. I accidentally placed an order at this location instead of another. I immediately tried to call the store. At first I couldn't get through. With the number not being able to be completed. Then when I got through, they immediately put me on hold. I am now 10 mins into the call waiting just to cancel the order. Mind you, this is exactly what the app tells you go do. There is no way to cancel an order on the app.
Update: I apologize for not updating earlier. I was contacted by the store owner. He apologized for the situation, corrected the issue, and was very appreciative, respectful and honestly seems like a nice guy. I've been eat8ng at jersey mikes for a while and one reason is for the service. And while mistakes happen, it's good customer service to make it right. Definitely go to this store.

Read moreSo. I hate giving such a low review. But the manager/owner is at fault for this. Got there to order 2 sandwiches, 5 people waiting in line already. Poor girl is BY HERSELF making all the food and ringing people up, trying her best to keep things moving.
Management/owner needs to either be on top of their employees so that staff members aren't left shorthanded or schedule enough staff to cover issues like this. It took 40 minutes to get my subs. I don't blame the poor girl working I blame the owner/operater/manager.
Aa I got to the front another girl finally walked in washed her hands and jumped on to help. But seems like she should been there an hour+ earlier when the store opened.
