When you first pass by Nazca you might not know how good the food actually is. This spot took over another old favorite and it took me too long to come in and try everything. I was greeted warmly by Andrea who served us and was very helpful with the menu. I had the pesto pasta with steak: superb! The sauce was creamy and unexpectedly subtle but could not put my fork down!!!! The steak was brilliant and cooked to oerfection. Nothing is drowned in salt. It's all seasoned perfectly. We ate empanadas and tostones with shrimp and steak which was crunchy, savory, grilled and saucy....I want ten more of that one! The avocado everywhere made my day! My husband got the steak platter called bandeja paisa...OMG it was SO good. Everything was cooked to perfection and the flavor was to die for. Nothing too greasy, everything paired well. If youve been looking for Columbia food at a reasonable price with excellent service, good atmosphere and yummy food come here....also they served our drinks in viking mugs.....that's my jam! Thank you Andrea for a wonderful experience. We will be back...
Read moreWe've been in the Tampa Bay area for about four weeks now and have made it a mission to try a different Peruvian restaurant each week, hoping to find the same quality we grew accustomed to while living in NYC. After several tries, we believe we've finally found our go-to spot: Nazca on N Dale Mabry in Tampa.
We ordered the Garlic Fish and Lomo Saltado, and both dishes exceeded our expectations. The flavors were authentic and vibrant, easily matching the high standards we're used to. The presentation had a fine dining touch, and our meals arrived promptly without feeling rushed.
What truly elevated the experience was the warm and attentive service from both our server and the management team. It's clear they take pride in what they do. We'll definitely be back—Nazca has earned a top spot on our list for quality Peruvian...
Read moreI have been going here since they opened, before it was La Granja. At first it was adjustment because a lot of the menu was very similar. A particular go to for me is the Steak bowl, but it unfortunately isnt as good as it was when it was the old spot. I usually have to order it without onion because they don't cook it and the raw onion over powers all the other flavors/toppings in the bowl. Also order it without lettuce as well. The last few times coming here, despite being asked what to put in it and asking for no onion or lettuce they have still put it in, so ive had to remove it myself. Very disappointing. Today on my visit i noticed they changed their menu, the steak bowl went from being 11.79 to 15.79 and the portion size is significantly smaller. C'mon guys thats not a good way to keep your...
