Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Florida

My visit to Jersey Mike’s Sebastian was not merely a bad meal, it was a full-blown spiritual reckoning, a culinary crime scene, and possibly a violation of at least three local ordinances.I walked in expecting a decent sandwich. What I got was an existential crisis wrapped in wax paper. To begin, the bread had the consistency of a damp sponge. The meat, if you can call it that, tasted like it had been whispered at by an actual animal years ago and then forgotten in a walk-in fridge with commitment issues. The vegetables? Limp. The oil and vinegar? Applied with the subtlety of a hydraulic power washer.

And just when I thought things couldn't get any worse, a young man in the corner LIT A SANDWICH ON FIRE. The smell? Imagine the 7 Deadly Sins slow-roasting on a flat-top grill. Gluttony, pride, wrath all present and accounted for, sautéed in rancid mayo and served on a hoagie roll. The air was thick with regret and poorly-sliced pepperoni. My eyes watered. Not from heat from sorrow. The only thing “Mike” should be known for is crimes against humanity in sandwich form. Honestly, I’d rather eat a dictionary soaked in motor oil than return to this temple of culinary despair.

The staff is always friendly no matter who you encounter, always pleasant to speak with. I find going during the day is different the reason a i say that is because there's always some body older and there just nasty to the staff I've been to alot of establishments were majority of the staff are teenagers through young adults and sometimes people no matter there age need to be talk to a certain way, but I've literally have had the pleasure of interacting with every employee there and it can promise you they put up with some nasty individuals and none of them deserve it, bad day or not these young men & women are polite & kind, all it ever takes is 1 stupid person to ruin it for everyone else, jersey Mike's here in our little shopping center needs to stay nice and pleasant if you're a nasty person stay away our at least when im there because I will call you out don't care if you're older or younger the real world isn't Facebook or Instagram or Snapchat or tiktok unless someone is being nasty to you seriously keep your mouth shut or treat that person with the same courtesy there...

Love this location! I travel up and down the east coast for work and have visited probably 15 different locations in the 2 years since I’ve started eating Jersey Mikes, but this one is always my favorite! The same 3 or 4 girls that are usually working are always so kind and go out of their way to be helpful, and even the rest of the staff too! I usually go on mondays or tuesdays, but I’ve stopped in even on fridays and they’re always hustling! This store always seems to be the cleanest even during a busy lunch break time (every time I’ve been in the store I’ve seen them cleaning the sub meat slicer off which means that they must be doing it a lot which is great! and their grill philly subs taste the most fresh here too).
