It's been at least a few years since I've experienced such horrible customer service, especially from a manager in any store or retail location. Last night, my wife asked me to go pick her up a sandwich because she was running late. I picked up the sandwich at 8 o'clock PM. Took it home, and it was the wrong sandwich, and I get it. Things happen, no problem, so we put it in the fridge. I brought it back to myself this afternoon. I asked for a manager, and this kind of young man comes up full of tattoos, which I do not mind because I'm also full of tattoos, I mention this so the circumstances are clear and I did not want that to be his excuse, like I was judging him. I explained to him what had happened. He turned his back on me while I was speaking to him, and there were 6 employees working he was not in the process of helping anyone other than me so there is also no excuse for being so rude. He said he would remake the sandwich that my wife originally wanted it, which again was on the receipt and regardless he still....gave me a really bad attitude about it. At this point I went to show him the sandwich from last night and that it had not been touched, and I politely asked, are you gonna throw this away? He irritatingly said, "Yeah, I said, well, if you're gonna throw it away, I don't want to waste food." I said I'll eat it cause because at that point I was already going to buy a sandwich for myself. Again, will full attitude and distain he says no, I said I'm sorry what? No, he says again and he literally grabbed bag with the sandwich in it out of my hand. I was flabbergasted! the only thing that saved this experience was a young girl at the counter with a nose ring who was great.! She apologized Which he never even did and talked to me with respect while very quickly remaking my wife's sandwich. I won't ever go to this location again. Read moreI will never step foot in this particular shop ever! I doubt I'll visit any other Naples store. They're probably owned by the same incompetent owner as this one! The store was empty. There were 3 employees, including a young clueless in-store Manager who's a kid. He took my order, I paid for it. I sat down eating chips, waiting for my sandwich. 25 minutes later I still hadn't gotten my sandwich. All 3 employees were just standing around staring. They never begun to prepare my sandwich, and it never occurred to them to ask what I had ordered or what I was doing just waiting. Why else would I be there. One knew I had placed an order. The other knew I had paid for it. It never occurred to either braniac, that there was a disconnect, until I opened my mouth?! The so called manager could even complete a refund. So now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. He spoke to the owner over the phone, who stated with conviction that he would issue a refund. He asked for my name and number. I have yet to get a call. This is pathetic and totally unacceptable. I hope the Franchise Services office sees this review. I like their sandwiches, but this is total indifference from the owner, down to the 3 clueless employees who just stood behind the counter staring at me. No initiative, No service, No empathy! No customers in the shop, I came in person to order and get take out. the poor guy was making a big online order and his assistant was baking cookies. A female staffer came and went from the back, maybe she was baking the cookies?. he told me he'd be with me in a minute. more like 15 minutes. he slowly made my 2 subs, he couldn't hear me with the bread (white) request because the music is too loud. Turn it down a notch so you can hear orders! and then the cookie maker took my cash payment and he did not have enough change, he was paralyzed with fear and did not know what to do. maybe they should put a sign up credit cards only if they can't get cash?
